I'm back, feeling better, recharged. Have been sick off and on for months (bronchitis) and its been draining, but i'm feeling stronger in the past few days. Its good to be back on EC and feel the energy again.
I Hope everyone has had a wonderful and safe holiday season and i'm glad to be back!!

A very wise woman once told me that I must rest, and rest I have  This comes down to a personal struggle with cigarettes. While I won't sit here and say they are bad and killing me and yadda yadda yadda (why beat that dead horse again?) I will say for me personally, I am dealing with the reality of needing and wanting to quit. So until I finally do it I will continue to manifest bronchitis. I finally admitted that to myself yesterday. I'm hoping to quit on Sunday, I would have today, however am hosting Renee's birthday party on Saturday and my entire smokey family will be here lol. Thank you for the well wishes Sama, I'm on the mend! Hope you are feeling better as well, I know you were struggling with a flu during the new years festivities. Love, Destra |

Hiya Destra Welcome back, and glad to hear you're feeling better and rested. On the smoking front...sounds like Sat would be the perfect day to try and give up. Good luck, whatever way you decide to try though. |

Hi Ed, have missed you Liza thanks for asking! I'm doing much better. Today is my last day smoking - tomorrow I am a non smoker again. My lungs can not wait!!! I'm still struggling with dizziness, but I now know its not relative to the bronchitis at all, I was given an attunement by AA Uriel last night, it was amazing, and it was made clear to me that the dizzy/pressure in my head and ears is perfectly as it should be. Destra, congrats with the decision to quit smoking! I've had to quit smoking years ago soI have a little glimpse of what you are going through, and I hope it becomes easier for you in time. *hugs* What does the attunement by AA Uriel give you? I've not really explored this aspect, but it is so interesting to learn that you've had one the other night. I'm doing OK, lotsa projects to work on! Lessons about communicating somewhere in these projects and work, I imagine. I tend to be garbled up in the 3 languages I constantly have to switch back and forth. Physically, I'm doing allright. Thanks for asking, angel! You're in my thoughts. |
