CRIKEY! i am enthralled by the way this thread has run on! what started out with me being apoplectic about something has turned into a wonderful discussion, from which i am personally learning a very great deal. thank you for these fascinating and really interesting contributions!
mind you, i think i am going to have to go and lie down in a darkened room while i try to completely understand some of what sowelu has written.....sowey, i take off my hat, my scarf and my gloves to you, because you put things wonderfully clearly. quite often, it takes me about twenty four hours to totally grasp what you have said and integrate it into wherever it seems to fit...........but its fascinating!
but there are times when the discussions on this forum leave me drooling quietly and staring mindlessly out of the window, while the synapses shut down for the night!

I found this on the web and just had to share with all. Have a good laugh. For those of you who watch what you eat, here's the final word on nutrition and health. It's a relief to know the truth after all those conflicting medical studies: 1. The Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than the Americans, Australians, British, or Canadians.2. The Mexicans eat a lot of fat and also suffer fewer heart attacks than the Americans, Australians, British, or Canadians.3. The Japanese drink very little red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than the Americans, Australians, British, or Canadians.4. The Italians drink large amounts of red wine and also suffer fewer heart attacks than the Americans, Australians, British, or Canadians.5. The Germans drink a lot of beer and eat lots of sausages and fats and suffer fewer heart attacks than the Americans, Australians, British, or Canadians.6. Ukrainians drink a lot of vodka, eat a lot of perogies, cabbage rolls and suffer fewer heart attacks than the Americans, Australians, British, or Canadians. CONCLUSION: Eat and drink what you like. Speaking English is apparently what kills you.

liliahnah, gobsmacked is a fine old liverpudlian word, i.e. from liverpool! in case you dont know, its the home of the beatles, cilla black, etc. and has provided the english language with some wickedly funny words from time to time, but gobsmacked has come to feature prominently! good one, isnt it!
and now i am going to go and sand my brain down, to see if there is any activity there, and then i am gong to lie down in a darkened room. just re read the beginning of this thread, and i have two conversations going on simultatneously in my head! oh joy.
anyone else find that, by the way? that you read a couple of things, and then end up with it rolling around in your brain for hours?
hugs sama - in two minds tonight!

Oh good old liver pool. I do know that about the Beatles and Cilla Black of course. Well gobsmacked is in my vocab from now on as is CRIKEY! Love it. We yanks have our own great terms but we must remember now to give credit to our mother tongue. LOL

ALL IS ONE ...Amen/Omen I coudnt agree with you more Sowelu.
It truly doesnt matter in my opinion what you eat. Ultimately, vibration of any food source could be transmuted to your own. Eat what you like as you own inner feeling will never lie to you and you will get what you need.
I know we need nothing more but Love but myself I am just to afraid to trust my inner feeling here. I tried living on prana like I know Mirra did too but fear got the better part of me or perhaps eating just a habit and so hard to let go...
It is so scary to be a God and there are moments when I feel like I can do be anything but something holding me back. Perhaps it is all of you?
