. . . A Blissful FULL MOON to ALL!
It is March 11th, and we just entered the Throat Chakra of the Maya Yucatec Calendar. For those of you that watch the cycles, you know that at this point in the cycle it is historically the most potent and powerful days for transformation and awakening. During the last seven days, we have been traveling in this powerful Kundalini energy, which we also call the core days. There are 20 days in a core cycle. The 20 days are broken down into five cycles of four days each. The first four days are considered the Crown Chakra, and runs from March 5th to March 8th. The second cycle is the Throat Chakra, and runs from March 9th to March 12th. The third cycle is the Heart Chakra, and runs from the March 13th two March 16th (I find it interesting, since on March 16th our group arrives in for a pilgrimage during the heart chakra cycle).
From this point on, things can get pretty interesting energetically. From March 17th to March 20th (the equinox), we are in the Solar Plexus Cycle. Most of us understand the powerful implications of diving into the solar plexus area. These days will be the last purge of what is out of alignment with cosmic truth. It is interesting that during these days Spirit has arranged for our group to be blessed and purified by two of the most well-known Maya priests in . Spirit planed it this way; not I.
. . . and HAPPY MAYAN NEW YEAR . . .
The next day (March 21st) is Mayan New Year, and it falls on the sacred day of 7 CABAN. It is here where we enter the cycle of the Root Chakra, which runs from March 21st through March 24th. Our group will enter into our first sacred site of our trip, and that is the site of Tikal in the Peten wildlife preserve.
7 CABAN will be the energy of the entire year. Seven is considered the number of the mystic. It is the one that never feels quite at home here or in other worlds. So this could very well be an apprehensive year where we might feel difficult to know where to put our feet down. Our saving grace is that 7 CABAN is in the root chakra of the Maya calendar. Having Mayan New year fall on 7 CABAN tells me that it is time that we all root ourselves . . . not just in one world, but in ALL worlds.
CABAN is an East Sun representing the initiation of new things. But it also represents earthquakes and things being shaken up. We are already starting to see things shaking up in the news. This can represent a shakeup from global proportions all the way down to your personal life. The Kiche Maya call this day NOJ. It is considered a day of great potential.
So, with this in mind, I would like to remind you of this great potential. This great potential resides within each of us. The Mayan year we are moving into supports this great potential. The Global Solar Wave ceremonies will empower and unify this great potential. The Star Elders said that we have seen the garden, and it manifesting in this reality is just a heartbeat away.
So if we have not convinced you to offer up the day of March 20th to help bring the world back into unity, to reclaim paradise, and to celebrate the coming of the garden of Eden, I hope that this bit of writing changes your mind.
