I only saw the first one on TV.

Well, I liked it, but not as much as the others. It left so much out from the book I felt a bit cheated. And it really didn't even show much of the older characters, which I would have liked to have seen because I like them all. And the new Dumbledore wasn't quite the same. I think if they had gotten the LOTR Gandolf they'd have done better. His character is more like the old guy's Dumbledore (can't remember his name).
Oh well, it was still a fun movie. And I LOVED Buckbeak! LOL
