Thank you Sowelu, I've only started coming back to this forum recently, as I've had more time having been on holidays. Prior to my much needed break, life has been full of so many changes that I simply haven't had time to poke my head in here as often as I used to. The changes, they have been good, some have been challenging but through and through I feel I've made a great deal of progress on many levels. It's nice to hear from you also and thanks again to all of you who remembered my birthday, I was so surprised to see birthday wishes posted to me!
