I've been experiencing a migraine for about 20 hours, and heat flushes and energetic tension movement in my form. Not so comfortable! Oddly enough, though, my spirit's been very "up" and light, and I also can't seem to rest much. I sure hope you're fairing better!!!

Thanks Guys!  I didn't go to work today. My body is aching so much, my voice almost gone, had some itching and fever, coughing...I feel like a truck ran over me. I think it's called the flu. LOL! I seldom got sick but lately my inmune system is delicate making me sick more frequently. Ever since I changed my diet to honor my one kidney. I have less potassium in my body making me more subceptible to being attacked by germs. I feel like crap. hopefully I will recover over the week-end. |
