hi all - apologies for absence - started the new year with the worst dose of flu i have EVER had. been in bed for two days and am back off there again now.

just checking in with further apologies. been in bed for a week, feeling like warmed over sewage, got up today, went to shops, temperature shot up, am back in bed. well, will be very shortly.
just wanted you all to know that am not slacking deliberately, but i feel DIRE! absolutely awful. this is the worst flu bug i have ever experienced, and i have had a fair selection over the past f....-odd years. hope you all stay flu free.
