As you move your consciousness and awareness into clarity, you will then become aware of the fog, the denseness, and the unclear visions that you have inherently been living within. There has been a great confusion. Your mind has been foggy; your intentions have been foggy, and your choices have been foggy.
There is a need for humanity to lift itself out of the fog, out of the pollution, out of the chaos, the war, the fear, and all denominations of machinery that has been affecting your biological unit. To do this we ask you to visualize your light as 144 layers high. With your breath (long inhale through nose, long exhale through mouth) move yourself upward from the physical body to the higher self, to the soul self, to the Christ self, to the Oversoul – keep moving upward with each breath reaching for the highest level of your light energetically that you are comfortable with.
In upcoming months it will be important that you move your energies upward. Each time that you are trying to make a decision, trying to find clarity, looking for missing item in your home, in your resume, in your check book, or in your memory. Move your awareness up to where you can breath the fine filaments of Christ awareness and God introduction.
