Your Own Sacred Centre

I come to you today to speak of your own sacred central point, the point from which all energy is created through - your heart. It is indeed a great source. Many of you have not recognized this fact. You have gone on day after day, creating in your minds, trying to rationalize your thoughts and therefore your actions. For action always follows thought.
It is time to visit your sacred centre, your heart. It is time to look at what is there. To be honest with yourself. The heart centre is a midway point between your feelings and actions and your conscious mind. When you contemplate on your heart centre, it is important to look at old patterns of thought and behavior. Look to see if these are relevant to your thoughts and actions now - or are they indeed past, have you discovered you have grown, moved on.
If you recognize that this applies to you, then I tell you it is time to release these old behaviors, and any actions which were tied to them. Release, let go. Do not harbor self recrimination, guilt or even anger and pain any longer. The greatest act of love you can give yourself is to let go of old behavior, actions, pain and hurt. For in doing so you honor yourself, through your sacred centre.
Even if another chooses to attack you through thought, action or deed, do not give this behavior from another any energy. Rather, leave the thoughts and comments with them. After all, this is merely another's opinion. It is important to remember this. For at times, when emotion is involved this can be difficult to achieve, yet I tell you it will bring you the greatest peace and Light to your sacred centre, and therefore your soul.
It is a wonderful healing to your being, to cleanse and heal your sacred centre often. Further, through this action you will obtain a finer vibration and connect more fully to our energies, and indeed all beings of Light. This is why I call your heart your own sacred centre. It is central to all creation, to all love, to enlightenment. When you are aware of a pure sacred centre, your heart is full of love, forgiveness and compassion - you become Light. For Light is love.
If another chooses a darker way, or is choosing to taint their sacred centre with jealousy, anger or fear, then I say to you, surround them with love, and then depart - leave. For all of you have free will, and just as you use your free will to embrace love - Light, another may chose a different way, or may not be ready to embrace Light fully. I ask you to be compassionate. Send love to this soul who after all knows no better. If they did, they too would know the beauty and peace of embracing Light.
In this way you give love to yourself, and to another, for you are one.
