Dearest ones, at this time of transition and change, the gift of Joy is offered to you!
Many of you may feel that life is becoming more difficult and more stressful. Tensions and anxieties increase as people struggle with everyday life. Where is the Joy?, so many of you ask.
Well, dearest Lightworkers, the quality of Joy is something that lives within you. It is an expression of your connection to the Divine Essence within your own souls. It is a feeling that wells up within your heart, and it is not dependent on outside circumstances.
Certainly, it is far easier to be joyful when those around you are happy and joyous. But the challenge right now is to be able to accept and hold the gift of Joy, even when those around you seem lost in fear and anger.
Perhaps, dearest ones, if we discuss the nature of Joy, it will become clearer to you how to access this gift in your own lives. And also, you will understand why there is so much apparent negative energy right now.
The Fifth Dimension is Different!
Yes, dearerst Lightworkers, this new place in which you find yourselves has very different energies to those that you experienced in the past in your Third Dimensional Consciounsess. The Third Dimension was the realm of the Head - of Rational Thinking and Logical Decisions. Everything was analysed into dualities of "good" and "bad", and experience was accepted or rejected on that basis. The Fifth Dimension is the realm of the Heart, of Feelings, Intuitions and Choices, based on Love and Empowerment. In this reality, feelings are expressed and flow, and experience is a gift that does not need to be analysed or judged, but merely accepted for what it is. Choices can be made, based on feelings that arise from those experiences, leading to new experiences.
But, this is why so many are confused and anxious right now. The analytical "solutions" of the head or mind no longer bring any results. Feelings of great intensity surge through the new Fifth-dimensional Energy System of the individual body. Most people on the planet are unable to deal with the intensity of these flows, as they have yet to learn the skill of balancing the energy in the Heart and following their feelings.
At this point, many still think in dualities, and judge the current energies as "bad", and the apparent chaos as negative. But, dearest ones, you are just learning to move into Unity or Love Consciousness, and to accept the flows of intense Fifth-dimensisonal energy, using the choices of the Heart. Your Heart will lead you forward when your Head fails you.
Joy - the Choice of the Heart
Now, dearest Lightworkers, when you realize that the Fifth Dimension is Heart Based, and that the Heart feels intensely, then you will understand why there is so much strong emotion and feeling being expressed these days. Yes, it is often being expressed negatively, but that is because most people do not understand how to transmute this intense energy into balance and so receive the Joy.
Let us say the first step is Acceptance. Release the need for your life to conform to some plan or expectation of how it should be, based on old energy Third-dimensional paradigms. The Fifth Dimension is Different! Accept what flows to you, and do not judge it. Hold your intention for Peace, Joy and Abundance for all, and know that it will come. But, be prepared to be patient, and accept this time of transition for what it is.
Secondly, be prepared to feel intensely and accept your vulnerability as strength. You are accessing deep levels of Tenderness within the Heart that have not been felt before. You will learn to appreciate the Sensitive and Tender Heart of Things, once you cease to judge with your mind and allow the deep feelings to guide your actions.
And then - move into Gratitude and Serenity. For the closest definition we can give you of Joy in its essence, is Gratitude and Serenity.
Gratitude arises when you accept the Wisdom of All That Is, and that the God Essence lives in All Things, no matter what appearances may be. Even times experienced as difficult, such as now, are bridges to Higher Levels of Consciousness, and so carry their own blessings. be gratefeul that you may experience these deep changes that are bringing great blessings to the Planet. The Love of the Source moves in All Things - even Now!
And then, as you are able to feel gratitude for All That Is, you will find Serenity and Peace. You will feel a deep calm, and instead of fear and anxiety reactions, you will begin to perceive the Great Mystery and Wonder at the Heart of the All. You will feel the Great Love in the Heart of the Universe and you will know that All is Love, and that everything in yout life is an expression of Love in some way.
When you have allowed that recognition to open your Heart - then you will accept the Gift of Joy. And will be able to transmit it to others.
It is within you, in your deepest Heart, waiting to emerge and be expressed!
