Gradually, the Earth will fill with beings of Light
who are multi-dimensional Human Angels, aware of who
they are and why they are here. They will live with
open hearts and will share and love all their fellow
beings. They will honor the Planet and create a
Paradise of beauty. Heaven on Earth. It is not too far
away. In fact it will manifest within your lifetimes.
Now is the difficult time, as so many of you both
Bridge the two realities, and indeed, become the
Bridge to the New Reality for many people.

Those on Earth who have chosen not to enter the New
Reality will most probably live their lives out in a
normal way. But they will not be able to return to
Earth, since Earth will in future only accept
Multi-Dimensional Crystal or Christed beings. Those
who do not make the transition will be released to
continue their evolution on some other world where
they can continue with Third Dimensional learning.
Earth is no longer a school for Third Dimensionality -
that role is over. Earth has Ascended and is now the
Golden Home for Human Angels. This reality is assured.
We invite you to work with us to assist in the
creation of the New Earth.

I can see the reality in this. The Earth itself is changing day by day on a molecular level. It it gradual, and changing at a steady pace. The beings on Earth will have no choice but to evolve with its host, for the survival of both.

I just sometimes wonder where those who don't evolve will end up. What planet, that carries 3rd. demensional energy. It would be like going to a museum

I agree! Wishful thinking. We are ascended but have not yet totally finished the process as when we do those who cannot live in the higher dimensions will have no place here.

Time is not linear, time is holigraphic, gyroscopic, and malleable through thought (which is pure energy). For this individual (Celia Fenn), the Earth is in process. The title reflects completion of being or moving above the Horizon. It is not in completion for all. I don't think it is meant to be taken literally.

Scientist have found something interesting that affects the time space continuum. The Earth would have to be vibrating at a higher level (based on Einstein's theory of general relavity) because of this anomally. Of course many more change are on there way, but the process has definitely begun.

I agree. Wishful thinking for some people, a process for others.
Everyone will experience it differently.
