Many of you have moved through much of the initial clearing that follows the raising of vibrations within your energy system. We can see some of you are now a little tired.
We still want to go back to the basics of emotional clearing. As most of you know by now after the increase of frequency within your energy system, clearing on the mental, emotional and physical level follows.
Mentally you start to let go of some limiting beliefs. You practice a little forgiveness for example, relieve yourself of the past and relax your mind. Mental clearing can often be accompanied by headaches or the 'where are my keys syndrome'. Your belief system is restructuring. Don't worry. Your keys will turn up eventually. By the way, we understand your practical concerns. We know you have to live in a three dimensional world.
Physical clearing has its own symptoms such as aches and pains and feeling tired. This varies from person to person.
Emotional clearing is usually easy to spot. You feel like crying all the time. The little sad story in the movie turns into a major waterfall on your couch. Or you are angry. The inadvertent comment of a friend becomes a trigger for lifetimes of resentment. We would like to give you some tips to help with emotional clearing:
First of all don't judge yourself. You are clearing lifetimes of repressed emotions. Some of you have more clearing to do than others. Some of you continue to suppress your feelings.
Writing can help you to clear emotionally. Start with, "I am angry, because ..." and just let it flow. Talking can be helpful. Therapy, dance, painting, walking, jogging. There are many ways. The important thing is to you give yourself some space to clear. At a later point you can look at the situation that first triggered your emotion and take practical steps. For example you might talk to the person whose comments you did not like. By the time you have cleared your own issues, the comment will not bother you or you will have a better idea how to respond. Your communications will not be polluted by your last 10,000 lifetimes.
Now, we want to alert you to a trap on the spiritual path. We call it false detachment. There is something called true detachment and you are all moving towards that. It is a peacefulness, a centeredness and an awareness of what is real and what is not. It is the ability to stand in the eye of the storm and not be deterred. It is what Jesus demonstrated. In more contemporary times Nelson Mandela demonstrated it. It is the ability to stay detached despite the world's negativity. It is the ability to be in peace while around you chaos rules. It is a very advanced skill and one that it takes lifetimes to acquire.
On the other hand false detachment as we define it is a sort of fake peace. It is demonstrated by people who truly believe they are in peace when in reality they are just suppressing their emotions. Other people might describe them as 'in their heads' or 'not quite there'.
We don't mean any judgment here. Your society has not exactly taught you how to be in your body or how to experience your emotions in an authentic and responsible way. However this disease of false detachment is quite prevalent in the so-called spiritual world. It is easy for the ego to say, "I am calm, peaceful and detached and spiritual," while suppressing parts of itself. It puts on another mask, the spiritual mask.
So, what do you do? You stay very aware. If you are lucky and have a true spiritual teacher he or she will probably point out your mistake. If you stay open dreams will alert you to the fact that you are suppressing something. Pay attention to your dreams. That is always helpful. One exception here are what we call clearing dreams where old material just moves through. Certain fear dreams, anger or sadness dreams can be part of clearing. Just let go of these.
Also if your 'peace' starts feeling a bit dead and if you have a lot of spiritually superior attitudes toward your fellow man this could be a warning sign.
False detachment often feels like a certain deadness within yourself and it can help to do some writing. Start a page with, "I am angry because." and wait until words come. False detachment usually covers up anger. Instead of being honest with yourself and saying at least to your diary, "I am angry at Walter," you make up a theory such as, "Oh, Walter has not reached my initiation level," or something like that.
Again, we do not judge you. We just want to save you some time because sooner or later you have to face your suppressed emotions. As you continue on the ascension path, and it is a path with steps and levels, suppression becomes almost impossible.
That's a good thing and you need to learn how to handle it. Give yourself time to process. Use writing or meditation or a support group. Give yourself space. When in the middle of an argument take time out. Do not dump your emotions on others but don't suppress them. Find a way to process and let go. Do not allow others to dump their emotional baggage on you. That was the old way. Many of you as children were psychic sponges for your parents' fear, sadness or anger. Clear your energy system of such old negativity and then keep it clear. Don't let others give you their unresolved emotions. If tempted to take them on say to yourself, "This is God's job, not mine." Or, "This issue is between this person and his or her Higher Self. See the Higher Self of the person. Work with him or her. Then step back and give the other person space to clear their emotional baggage.
This leads us to another topic which we call false responsibility. Let us first define true responsibility. True responsibility means responding to the impulses from your higher Self moment by moment. Notice that we said the impulses of your higher Self, not the impulses of the world.
Since you are a human being living at least partly in the third dimension (you also live in other dimensions) you receive information from the world. So first do nothing and let it be received by your energetic system which will filter out whatever is not relevant to you. Then your higher Self will decide what to do and how to respond. All you have to do is be still and listen to the quiet voice within: God, higher Self, Christ Self, Holy Mother or whatever your label is for this voice.
You are not meant to follow your negative ego or other people's negative egos.
Now, many of you were brought up with fear. You were forced to follow other people's negative egos. There were usually two major themes. The negative ego that controlled you directly. A 'my way or the highway' kind of ego. Or the negative ego that controlled you through neediness. If you are a good person you will help me, support me. There are many variations. As you clear your old programming you become less and less willing to serve other people's negative egos. You take your clues on how to serve them from your Higher Self. Often their Higher Self will talk to your Higher Self to let you know how to respond.
Before and during readings we are in contact with the Higher Self of the person who we do the reading for. That is where we get our clues on what to say and which information is helpful and is not overwhelming to the other person. You can do the same in your contact with others.
Things will get easier. You are in a process and the more you clear your own negative ego and let your higher Self come through the easier things will get. Other negative egos will not necessarily like your new behavior but you need to become strong. Stand in your own truth. There is no need to attack others but don't let them sway you from the path that you need to follow. It might help to know that on higher levels others understand. Their Higher Selves understand even if their egos do not.
As you continue to follow your truth and your Higher Self direction from moment to moment you will also let go of false responsibility. You will stop taking on the emotions of those around you. Instead of accepting your mother's or father's anger for example you will stand firmly in your truth and say, "No, you need to process this yourself." Remember you do not need to say it out loud. You can take a stand silently and soon it will be automatic. People will notice that you are not willing anymore to process their feelings. Not a word needs to be said.
This is all part of this process of ascension or enlightenment. It won't happen overnight. Go slowly and steadily. Sometimes you will feel you are making progress. Sometimes it will feel like you are going backwards. Don't worry. Be persistent. Continue connecting to your higher Self. Practice patience and self-love and don't give up.
