i am really learning the speaking my truth lesson..i find it easier to do with you guys cuz, i vibe with you guys so much and dont think you will think i am a big bitch if i do..its harder to do it with other people....like i just totally spoke my truth to someone and it felt good but now my IC feels like crying and cowering away cuz i know the person didnt like what i had to say..it was a big one..i guess i'll get better with practice..

Remind your IC that you don't always like what other people have to say either, and discuss what that means (mirrors, fears, etc.). Maybe she'll feel a bit better if she understands more!

thanks guys...she says (her name is Meriame) that the shift thru the gate is also scaring her too so all of this change is scary and hard for her...so i will go talk to her some more about all the new stuff that is going on..

Hi Gang: Speaking our truth..! Well...my back went out like never before the other day...and I was getting ready to go to a Nursing fair and meet a potential new boyfriend...I don't know what threw it out...but I think it had something to do with not speaking my truth. I have never been in so much pain..so there is something to learn from this...don't think this one is ascension symptoms..  Love, Spirit |
