Emotions and Your Energy

Purpose of the Emotion Game:
1. To learn how your emotions work.
2. To gain control over your emotions so you can choose which emotion you wish to feel and when you wish to feel it.
3. To learn which thoughts and which beliefs produce which emotions. Doing this enables you to change your thoughts and beliefs if you desire to change your emotions about any particular situation.
4. To give all of your emotions some attention so they don't have to get your attention in another way.
5. To learn of the equality of the energy of your emotions. That is, to stop judging some emotions as bad, and others as good. They are all of the same energy, of the same power; although some you may prefer to feel more than others. Through this game, that becomes your choice.
6. CLARITY; EVERYONE I have given this game to has experienced a clarity in their thinking and life very quickly by playing the game {usually about a week or two}.
7. Health; It has been my experience that if there is a health problem of any kind whether it be life threatening or a hang nail, the person involved is not giving some of their emotions attention. They most likely have a belief that they would like to change and their body is trying to heal their mind by alerting them to this fact. The emotions game will lead the person to the beliefs, thoughts, that they may prefer to change to produce perfect health.
8. Events moving faster: the game seems to have had the effect on the people I have seen using it of having events in their life speed up. Of creating the things in their lives that they prefer to have happen, happen.
 
I realize nobody thinks they want to do the negative emotions: they don't feel good or they are afraid of them or they don't like them. But 9 minutes is not a long time. Like all living things emotions need attention. Better 9 minutes controlled attention then uncontrolled haphazard manifestation in your life to get attention. You cannot love yourself and hate your emotions. They are a gift telling you honestly what you believe.
Stop comparison and judgement of self, emotions and learning how to use them to create what you want instead of what you don't want.AS YOUR UNDERSTANDING INCREASES YOU WILL FIND YOU HAVE LESS AND LESS A NEED FOR THE SO CALLED "NEGATIVE EMOTIONS"
As your understanding of how your emotions function, your understanding of yourself, your life, and how you create and how your world is created, increases.(and now)
The Emotions Game
Take nine minutes a day. You can find the nine minutes if you try. It can be done in the car, or in your house if you are alone, anywhere you want.
Pick three emotions. Any three emotions. They should be both positive and negative emotions.
Choose one of the three emotions and for three minutes experience that emotion totally. Allow the thoughts that accompany that emotion to come up and speak them out loud. Pay attention to the thoughts that accompany that emotion. Pay attention to the beliefs you are believing that are causing you to feel that emotion. Please remember that beliefs are nothing more than thoughts that you have thought habitually, they are nothing more than the pattern of how you have been choosing to think. And at a future time (not while you are playing the emotions game) you can change that belief at any time. Remember for every thought there is an alternate thought.
WATCH THE CLOCK
At the end of three minutes switch to another emotion. Do this for the nine minutes with three emotions.
END ON A POSITIVE EMOTION!!!!
At the end of the game say to yourself: "From now on my Motivating force is __________." You choose which emotions you want your life to be about. You choose what events you want in your life to produce what kind of emotions. The purpose of experiences are to produce emotions. For me, personally, I say, "From now on my motivating force is love and joyous excitement." Choose your own.
