This is a commentary, as much as a release. Yes, it's in response to something I just read, so do with that what you will.
Anyway, here goes... (this is a quote from an article I read, posted somewhere here at Earth Council, I forget where)
The “I” that gets so much negative publicity in spiritual circles actually has everything to do with unity consciousness and mastery and the ascension process. What do you think you're bringing into unity? What do you think you're here to master? What do you think is ascending? The only parts in separation!! The very "I" rejected in the quote above.
The “I” is the very basis for your spiritual path. Without the “I”, there would be no need for any of the life experiencing anyone has done in this realm for eons. Your missions, your life paths, your blueprint - call it what you will - all center around the 3D fact of “I”.
Bringing the “I” into unity is an amazing, glorious feat. It is the “lowest” sentient vibration, in separation, and by bringing it into unity consciousness, merging it with the heart, we bring about the most amazing shift of ages. We finally bring our lost child home, so to speak. The one that's been roaming around feeling rejected, lost and abandoned for eons.
Having a reactionary response to the “I-focus” of other spiritual workers is - guess what? Yup, you got it. Someone also still in separation with theirs. In rejection of their “I”, having not brought it into unity in themselves, into their heart, as yet.
If they had, they would recognize the incredible value and amazing gifts the existence of an “I” in separation has brought to the All. They would not be in battle against it, but in gratitude to it.
Yes, it’s an enormous struggle. Of course it is, it’s the most difficult effort there is… and that’s precisely why we chose it. There is nothing superfluous to the All. Nothing. There is nothing considered “waste”, nothing “bad”, nothing “wrong”… least of all the “I”.
Without the “I’s”, there could be no “we”.
Individuated consciousness is Creator Source’s gift to us.
Unity among us individuated consciousnesses is our gift back to Creator Source.
Just because some of our individuated aspects "believed strongly" in their separateness of individuality is not cause for rejection, prejudice, and denial. Free will enables them/us to explore this state for as long as desired with no punishment or negative consequence from some "higher" Source.
This regathering, unity movement stems from the same place as the start of this journey into separation - us. If we continue to reject and "hate" the agendas of these very aspects of Self with which we're here to unify... how is that moving toward unity?
Creator Source has no issue with us staying at this level for another go 'round. It's "we" who wish to regather our separated aspects back into our hearts and wholeness, so that we may explore new vistas in joy and love.
Yes, Creator Source backs our choice, and so we have a lot of help... but then ANY choice we made would be supported. Fully.
My two cents today.

So many go on and on about ‘I’, yet in truth ’I’(seperate self) has nothing to do with it. ‘I’ has nothing to do with unity consciousness and it certainly has nothing to do with mastery or the ascension process.
