Major, frequent heart palpitations. Several times a day. Tiring.

It's actually not uncommon for me to feel palpitations on this path. What's different now is the frequency and intensity.

I experience energy in my form and field pretty much all the time. Often it's like a tension, sometimes a heat, sometimes a pinched-nerve feeling... all over throughout the course of each day. And now and then it moves through my heart, generating palpitations. Usually brief.

Not this time. I've been feeling a pack of energy on the left side, jammed in there all around the hips, ribs, shoulder and neck, and of course the heart area. And it just keeps fluttering through my heart, all day, as if there's no end to it. LOL!

Then just when it SEEMS like it's lessened or emptied out or something, finally, it "fills up" again minutes later, and the palpitations begin again.

Soo... I don't know what all the energy specifically relates to, but I do get a sense that it's a positive and major change happening for me. It's just very exhausting, you know?
