anyone else got crabby lately? i am not exactly bad tempered, but i AM distinctly crabby! it takes little to make me bark! and there really is no reason for this, as i am blissfully happy in every respect at the moment!
so is this ascension syndrome again? gawd, it aint easy....

Anything negative you feel within you is a gift Sama - its Spirit asking you to deal with the negative, accept it, and release it.
Also, if you see Sowelu's post about current Solar Flare activity, that can really contribute to our moods. We're having some huge flare activity right now, bigger than i've ever seen at least - MirRa posted a picture on the solare flare post which blew my mind!
Just be patient with yourself. Love yourself. Know that you are tied into every live thing in the Universe by the energy of God, and that everything IS as it should BE right now in your life.
