Just want to update on my ascension side-affects. I am currently experiencing a "Purge" of my bowls and intestines. It is disgusting. I have never experienced anything like this, not even when I had my gall bladder out, or have had colonic flushes. Spirit is cleansing my digestive tract out for whatever divine reason and i'm in excrutiating discomfort  I also can not sleep as well as I could before. I have a horrible time falling to sleep. It is not as frustrating to me now as I am realising the amount of sleep my body needs now as compared to a month ago is much less. So I am adjusting to it. But it is still a slight shock to my system. When I look in the mirror, and this is the gratifying symptom, I am beginning to see past my physical being into my Light body. I am seeing the light in my face, the swirls and contours, and especially around my eyes, it is blinding at some moments and I have to look away. But what a sensational feeling to see my own Energy with my own physical eyes! Anyone else experiencing any of this? Much Love and Light, Destra |

Me too...you guys. The last few days..my IBS has really been acting up...and I can't think of what I ate to create this...was starting to think I had some serious problem...lol. Glad to know I am not alone. I even had some mid back pain with it. Also, my computer crashed and had to put in a new hard drive..all my technological equipment is failing. Had to buy new cd player and cassette player...all 10 yrs old...but all going at the same time. Last week it was my car..kept acting up. Now it is fine...whats up with that? Not seeing the light in my face yet..in fact my face swells up when I have these attacks. Does any of this happen to you guys? These are all ascension symtoms? I think I may have to do a cleanse again..lol.

Hi guys/gals:
I experience so much of the 'acsenion' symptoms and have founf a number of things to help me with them...
specifically for IBS--digestive enzymes, acidophilous
but if you can afford it Noni--juice is like a miracle--it helps all of my symptoms--including insomnia and IBS--my digestion had NEVER been better---with noni--

I am guided to ask you about your Gall Bladder? When you experience the lower to middle back pain, is there a tightness? A gripping feeling? Do you ever feel like you are being filled full of gas? Is the pain excruitiating at any point? I mean doubled over and crying?
Do you get nausious or even end up vomitting?
I had my GB out last summer, and for 4 years before that I suffered inexplicably. Now I am learning to adjust to my new body, but these roadbumps with the IBS really deter from it.
Please let me know about your GB I would be remiss in not advising you to have it examined.

Yes..Destra...having an ultrasound done Mon...I have been wondering the same thing..but do not have ins to have it out...may just have to give up fat...and I love cheese. But..yes I do get that gripping feeling..and am doubled over in pain..and it radiates down my l leg...then seems to diminish later. Its during the digestive process. Thankyou for your insight.. I am so glad you're having it ultrasound examined.
There are several useful websites relating to diet regarding the GB. I couldn't eat many things which I love like spinache, bananas, brussel sprouts, and chocolate... yes, i know... it broke my heart too lol

We both have been sicker than a dog since Jan 13th, non-stop. I've dropped 20 pounds.
IBS is alive and well, and the stomach has yet to let up - the docs say, intentional virus, flu (10 day variety) and now bronchitus and sinus. I have two new prescriptions for phenagran, some anti-diahreal, and have been on breathing treatments.
Have been having vertigo that stopps us dead in our tracks (there goes the stomach again) and an interesting, now makes sense because of another thread here, bursts of fearlessness.
Very interesting and enlightening!
