Hello,
It sure does the heart (and soul) good to read about all the assention sysmptoms here. Some days it is all but over whelming - these changes and feelings....
This one is strange to be sure, but I cannot for the life of me think of any other reason. All day long my nose has felt like a brick of ice that is about to explode. Not pain, just foreign - sooooo strange! IT IS DRIVING ME CRAZY!
It could be the cold front coming in, but it doesn't feel the same. That and every once in a while I get the tightening pressure in the heart chakra - nothing physical wrong, it's already been checked out.
If you all don't think I've totally lost my mind, I would love to hear some thoughts, 'cause let me tell you, this is really really strange.

That definitely sounds strange. I myself haven't heard of this yet as an ascension symptom, but many of us have had strange symptoms that are difficult to explain. I wonder what yours might mean, symbolically.

Well Seaof Feeling, Thank you so much for even responding! I was beginning to think you all probably just thought I was some strange crackpot or something.
It is still happening, it is still driving me crazy. I have lupus and fibro and all the rest - including Reynauds - I wonder if somehow it is the poor circulation.
Thing is, it gets worse with the spinning and head, neck etc stuff. Perhaps just something to get my mind off of the rest! I will be so glad when what ever it is that is happening is done!

Hi, Peg, Not your typical ascension symptom indeed. Some thoughts. Through global warming, some parts of our self are being released that we've had stored in the polar ice caps, and this is increasing now. Smell is a biggie to our beloveds upstairs. It wasn't all that long ago that they were able to once again smell us. Perhaps you have an expression coming up for balance that uses smell more than earth humans and maybe even has been cryogenically stored -- feline, canine, polar bear ...  The tightening pressure in the heart is that chakra opening, or responding to being opened by getting tigher again, or maybe someone's hand is on it. Physical heart chakra symptoms are typical in this ascension. Love, Monikah |

For those of you that were kind enough to respond - the nose thing has finally settled down. But not before the third eye and sometimes the top of my lips became part of the "feeling" - in retrospect, it is as I thought, something to do with the changing vibes.
My art work, which is channeled, has taken an interesting new direction and so I am now in this creative frenzy of learning HOW to make the images that are demanding to get out.
Each day is a new and wonderful experience, I love the growth and all that it entails!
