I took a nap yesterday, and found myself floating away from where I was lying, along with a feeling of growing pressure on and inside my head. The stress from the experience caused me to wake up. I fell back asleep, but that was the end of it. Then today, I had the same experience. I was either being moved around my room or moving, I can't remember, while experiencing the same pressure, except this time it was so intense I remember fearing that my head might explode! Very weird. Any thoughts?

Not right off hand. Have you asked your guides for info?

Is that normal for OOBE to have head aches like that? Just wondering.

It's possible to experience a wide range of sensations from what I've read. What makes them much more uncomfortable is when you allow fear to slip in instead of relaxing and getting past the stage you are experiencing.
