If you have your food blessed I honestly believe there is nothing "bad" for you. My guides tell me to only eat when I am hungry, and to eat what I want, and bless it, and allow it to become one with my energy. The only "dead" food there really is meat, and if its prepared properly it can be very "live" as well.

yes, i take that on board as ever. my principal guide would, i suspect, clip me round the ear psychically if i didnt bless my food! but all these hideous vegetables.....cabbage, brussels sprouts, SWEDE, turnip, and so on.....they march through my dreams and give me nightmares! i know i should eat them but they make me heave! and yet, hypocrite tht i am, i insisted my children ate them, and like to see my grandchildren eating theem....but when faced with a brussels sprout at christmas, and my daughter telling me i HAD TO EAT JUST ONE (now where had i heard THAT before?) i turned somersaults to evade the dreaded veg!
its just so demoralising when EVERYTHING healthy is green or orange, and all the yum stuff isnt.
boo hoo sama
