Hi Guys: Just when I thought I was doing really well..saw the doc..all my blood work came back normal...except the minimal elevations of amylase...which has been going on for years with my digestive difficulties. Anyone else having pancreatic pain? Anyway...liver enzymes are fine...cholesterol is only slightly elevated and I have given up everything that could cause inflammation. Just in the last two days...I am feeling a major download coming on..coldy symptoms, head pressure, sore thorat..like a cold..but this is the third time in 3 mos...lol. Body feels like death warmed over. Is this what Karen is talking aobut...the new download? Are you feeling this, too? Just when I thought I was making headway. Like flu symptoms. I had bad flu symptoms yesterday, figured I was having a download or tweak, and went to bed. I felt fine this morning.

I have flu symptoms too. Couldn't come to work last Friday.
Still feel achy and like I am falling into a ditch with the heavy load of energies.
Hope I get over this soon because it sure feels like I am hauling a truck full.

I was ill earlier this week. And remember the 11 energy is very heavy and not fun. Transformative. Just enjoy taking a few days off, curl up with a good book and your tissues, sleep a lot, drink a lot, blow a lot and have a grand old time.

Even my cat Buffy is ill..like I have never seen..throwing up all over the place...just so tired of being ill you guys..hope it passes soon. The weather is gorgeous here and I want to go for a bike ride..lol. Suppossed to be 80 today! It's like my mind wants to but my body won't.

I'd like to jump in here and join the club, Spirit.
I usually hate whining but depending on who's doing it (including myself) I feel it's ok. Good to know others are going through similar experiences.
I've had some pains on my right side for a few weeks now, intermittent. Could be the pancreas. I'm not so aware of which parts of me are exactly where. My kidneys or adrenals flared up a bit after a couple of glasses of really good California Merlot. Scared the bejesus outta me. Some fatigue, also intermittent, head achiness.
The local take on this is final limiting issues coming to the forefront for clearing.
They've been chemming the sky over Sedona for about a week and a half, during the night also. Eyes burning, some crabbiness (who, me?) weird ocular 'hallucinations' like lightning bolts in my field of vision.
I've tried eating differently, lighter foods than usual and that helped.
I even tried to eat tofu and actually looked up some recipes for it, but half the pack is still in the fridge after 2 weeks.
Steamed greenbeans asparagus and hard boiled eggs for dinner, which was actually really good, when ya drizzle it with olive oil and lemon juice.

Hi Annarita: Right side could be liver. You might want to check your liver enzymes....but I really feel our bodies are just retailating to all the energies we have to integrate. I keep meaning to go on a gb/liver cleanse...but so hard for me to stay on a no fat diet..lol. Hope you feel better soon... Love, Spirit |

Spirit, thanks for the cleanse suggestion. If there was a gentle liver cleanse, I would consider it. I just don't want to walk around dumping anger in Sedona. The crystal in the red rocks around here intensifies emotions, not to mention the powerful vortices.

I forgot that so many of you guys are in the State where they are chemtrailing the hell out of you. That may explain why so many are not feeling well. Where I live there are no chem trails. Such a relief. At least nothing i have noticed. Maybe that's why everyone is feeling so fluey there...how about the Europeans and those from elsewhere in the world? Anyone care to chime in here?
