Dear Family: I hate to quit bugging you about ascension symptoms...but my intestines have been hurting lately after eating and have felt short of breath if I try to walk after eating. Most of the pain is after i try to eat starches or carbs...don't notice it much with fruit or veggies...am I just changing and having trouble digesting certain foods. I mean this is so crazy...even coffee bothers me...how are you guys doing with this. I feel like a hypochondriac...lol. I know we have some signnificant changes coming up in October energy-wise, too. Love, Spirit

Hi Spirit, I would rule anything out first by seeing a doctor. If he/she finds nothing I bet it's ascension symtoms.
I am doing all right so far. I keep a positive attitude and eat organic. Do self Reiki every day. Even though the world is going bad, I have Joy deep inside. I know that whatever is okay.

[glow=red,2,300]Hi Spirit, I agree with Lunaria, I'd rule out other causes first by going to a doctor. Earlier this week, I gave in myself and went to see a doctor for some of the symptoms I've been having. As it turns out, there may be a medical cause, and I'm getting some bloodwork done today to investigate it further. I had to settle a dilemma within myself because I didn't want to interfere with the ascension process. Plus, I'm no fan of modern medicine. However, this time I was guided intuitively (with the help of some dream imagery) to go to a doctor this time. I don't see any reason why we should suffer unnecessarily when there may be something within modern medicine that can help. Plus, not taking steps that can potentially help may be akin to sticking around in the hurricane zone when everyone's been told to evacuate. Anyway, I didn't mean to make this about me actually, but just wanted to make a point re: choosing to see a doctor. Spirit, do what your intuition tells you to do and don't be afraid to see a doctor if you feel guided to do that Love, -SeaofFeeling[/glow]

Dear Spirit, Just last night I was looking for a couple articles for my MCS group on coffee and why it bothers some people like me. I decided to post them here today. You might want to read them. I don't have too much faith that the low acid coffee won't bother me too. I may give it a try though after my gut has a little time to heal. Coffee it seems really tears me up. (((hugs)))

Unhappy tummy is definitely no fun. Some suggestions, in order of expense:
+ fennel seeds + tumeric power - helps settle the tummy + iodine drops cling and remove any salmonella + enzymes + hydrochloric acid tabs helps digestion (could substitute with warm glass of apple cider vinegar + honey before a meal)
If no results from above, could consider: + liver cleanse (epson salts/ oil/lemon juice) to clear gallbladder + colonic irrigation + Rife/zapper technology to kill of nasties (eg: helicobacter pylori that causes stomach ulcers)
Most of this was gathered from 'A Cure for All Diseases' by Hulda Clarke. A great book to take healing into one owns hands.
I wish you a happy tummy. -sKMj

My husband has been having pains in his side for awhile and also has elimination problems. Would you also recommend these things for that?
Thanks! Nicole

Thanks you guys for the advice: I had some blood work done..liver enzymes ok. no pylori bacteria, urine ok...and still awaiting kidney and pancreas tests..but I am sure they will be ok, too. I didn't know coffee had acid in it..have been drinking a lot of that lately. However constipated a lot...and wake up with belly pain. Do you guys wake up in pain..like you have been on the other side working and have to ground yourself when you wake back up. The funny thing about this is when my stomach hurts...my face looks funny..like swollen..etc. My ex..tells me I always have some strange malady going on...and it surely feels that way...lol. Look in Louise Hays book for what constipation types. I think it types hanging on to some old stuff and not being able to let it go.
Flax seed 1/4 cup ground up over salad or cereal every day will keep you regular. Lots of raw friut and veggies.
Constipation will cause pain in the front side. ;D

Turkey Rhubarb is good to get things flowing. The brand the NC sells is AWESOME. You can probably find it cheaper than they sell it though at your local health food store, but I'd definitely use that brand. She has a picture in the online store.

It took me 6-9 months of awful pain to figure out that coffee was part of the problem.

Hello Nicole! Ahh.. back pain. Something that can remove a layer of enjoyment from life. Below are some suggestions for your husband's consideration: + Right side back pain could be due to fat being lodged in the liver. The NC and Barbara Brennan say fat crystallises in the liver as a result of stored anger. A liver cleanses will definitely help, free the emotions and raise energy levels. + When eating phosphates (eg: chocolate, teas, colas, meat), the body draws calcium to neutralise the phosphate, lodging in the kidneys as sharp glass like formations. These can cause a lot of lower back pain, especially when bending. A kidney cleanse can cure this. + A REALLY digusting one now. The whole lower intestine may be a festering mess of parasites feeding on mucoid plaque if there is poor elimination. More so with meat eaters with undigested protein feeding Bifidus bacteria. I won't go into more detail, but suggest having a read of Bernard Jensen Bowel Cleansing stuff. His book is mostly available here www.curezone.com/books/online/bowel/default.asp . The colonic irrigation with modified diet will clear this mess up. All the Clarke Protocols are easily seen at www.drhuldaclark.org/therapy.asp including the liver and kidney cleanse. www.drclark.net/info/liver.htm shows the green stones you see when performing the liver cleanse. I really wish your husband finds a cure to his back pain. Now where is the instruction manual that you get with your body when your born? You get one with the TV... Cheery, -sKMj
