Here's a shift result for ya. This dude called in for a pw reset on his account. He didn't have one. Then his supervisor got on the phone and said a weird thing happened last week. Said his keycard stopped working and when they investigated turned out they thought he was dead!

LOL He said it so matter of factly too. It cracked me up. He was like "But he's not!" hehehe
