Heavy Chest/Pain in Sternum Area

For the past several days now close to a week I have been having these chest pains in the sternum area there where the bone is that in between the breats/chest area. At first when I breathed it wss uncomfortable but now it feels just weak in that area but still with a slight pain when breathing, but more of a weakness there. Like a drain or lack of energy or a heavyness in that area. Coupled with the before mentioned breathing pains. Like I said this had first started perhaps just a week ago. And I didn't have any heavyness, weakness or lack of strength in that areas, that has come on in just the last couple of days. It was just a pain in the chest area and an uncomfortable breathing when I first noticed a week ago.

Sounds like your heart chakra is on a roll.
I need to find confrimation onsomething about all this cause the heart is coming up a lot and there is a opening next month, funny the same month of mothers day a person whom we hold very dear in our hearts no matter what she may have been.

I've been feeling what you describe periodically for the last year or more, but TODAY, actually, is a DOOZEY! Yowsah it's crushing at times!

We have a lunar eclipse imminent and it feels to be involved in this heart stuff. Well, really, something very big is going on, is the feeling, and the heart effects are a prominent "symptom" of all that's happening.

In the growth and healing process, when we finally resolve conflict and find compassion, we literally "enter the heart" on that issue, no longer "living" in the lower energies about it, that previously existed in the mind and emotional body.

I often feel the heart chakra pressured, squeezed, fluttering or palpitating as I reach compassion on something and release the lower energetic hold that was keeping me from my heart. The pressure or squeeze stage is often just before a release, indicating that it's "pressing in on me to get to the heart of the matter", so to speak. Once I do, the palpitations or flutters occur. I also feel a "swell" there, and then a sense of well-being as the energy is integrated. Then, I usually get tired. LOL!

Of course the heart is also the connector to the "center of life/god/higher self, etc.", so it seems we're opening to this in a big way now.
