5D Breathing

Hi Everyone,

Use the breathing techniques of the 5 D to move you higher in your Frequency Vibration, this will allow you more access to your gifts. meaning more discernment and yes you will be able to read minds. Yesterday I read the mind of a woman who was in a cafe where I was later in the afternoon ...she kept looking at me and then I heard her say ...I got it in my mind ...did you notice the light around that woman. And the other woman turned around and looked at me and did a double take. The whole time she kept staring at me while I had my tea.

I am quite aware that I have a glow going on around me ...and other people can see it. Since I do not go out often ...the grocery store is where I get the most attention about the glow. It is a 5 D luminescence light that is emanated off the body when it changes to the Crystalline. Only those who move themselves into the 5 D will have the light but it can be seen by those who are awakening to their gifts and those who see aura colors.

Work on the breathing and work on changing. You see if you hang with 3 D people you will continue to be 3 D. It sort of is like taking on their energy. that's why I separate myself from the 3 D so I can grow and harness the 5 D energies in my body. Eventually these energies will hold but it takes months of this kind of 5 D breathing to get there. Read the article!

If you associate yourself with the 3 D mentality of thinking you will lag behind and continue being 3 D. To be 5 D you must think in terms of 5 D and not expose yourself to much 3 D stuff. One of the reasons I do not watch TV or go to the movies. Entrapment of the ideologies of life is a focus ...this you must steer away from. Be with like minded people and share experiences.

all of you have to make a concerted effort to move ahead during the next few months ...this is the time enormous amounts of energies are coming in. The breathing will allow you to move up ...I suggest you all take advantage of this time to expand your consciousness.

Greetings I AM Joelle of the Galactic Federation of Light. I wish to share with you a breathing method to make the most of you for receiving in the new incoming High Frequency Waves.



High Vibrational Breathing

You are now in the midst of continuous High Vibrational frequency emissions currently being sent to the 5 D Earth from the Great Central Sun. The Earth has 2 Grids it must contend with at the moment, the old being the 3 D Grid which is starting to be depleted of its usefulness to all of you who are becoming 5 D. For those of you who wish to benefit from these incoming High Vibrational Frequency “Waves” to the MAX, you will have to do some severe breathing- High Vibrational Breathing.



How does it work?

One must download the high Vibrational energies by funneling these waves of energies down through the Crown Chakra. As these High Vibrational energies filter down through the body, the energies locate themselves into the Chakra centers of the body. This will allow for you to bring your vibration up even higher, since this is the beginning of the second phase of energies coming onto the 5 D Earth plane. Some of you have 7 Chakras and many of you have more. Have some of you noticed that you have gotten a little fatter over the past 2 or 3 months. The fat is required so that you can hold the High Vibrational energies longer in your body. This energy has to have something to hold onto- Fat it is!



Some of you have recently started communicating with your Guides. Hearing the voice in the mind is an indication that your vibrational frequency is at a point at which the radio waves, those that are called frequency waves are high enough to receive the messages. Communication on this level is very clear. You can actually hear thoughts. By doing the High Vibrational breathing regularly a couple of times a day will allow the frequency to remain open. Your body weight can hold onto these energies for a time but as the day goes on, the High Vibrational Breathing must be done again to reactivate the chakras to allow for the body fat to hold o to these high Vibrational energies which in turn over time will remain as part of your Beingness. It sort of is like exercise. The more you do it, the better your body feels. Forget how it looks- in the end it will be well worth it!



You will notice that when doing the High Vibrational Breathing that you may feel energized right after the session. Your eyes will water or see clearer and your mind will be uplifted. You will feel less groggy and more alert. These sessions take all but 2 minutes!



High Vibrational Breathing Method:



1) Sit in a chair upright, feet flat on the floor/ground

2) Move your shoulders around, feel your chest muscles moving

3) Take in a deep breath through your nose, and hold it for 6 seconds

4) Think- “Open up the Crown Chakra” and with little mini-exit breaths release from your mouth air bursts.

5) Release small burst of air at 1 second intervals until all air filters down through the chakra centers throughout the body.

6) Right down to the last Chakra center located down below the feet.

7) “Do this 3 Times or more, 3 times a day or more.”



The most difficult part of high Vibrational Breathing is the continuance of it over a long period of time of several months regularly each day.



Leaving the 3 D Grid Behind

Many of you are wondering if you are 5 D. Yes you are 5 D but you must get past the 3 D Grid. When this is accomplished, you will know when you no longer have a 3 D life, thinking like a 3 D’er and all the trappings that go along with it. The first thing to go is the Cell phone. Then you will no longer want to watch TV. Many of the electronic items people subject their organic bodies to actually destroy tissue in the brain as well as other organs. Disconnecting yourself from the 3 D Grid, starts with eliminating the technology that encompasses ELF waves, taking a step backwards in technology so that you can adjust to a new way of life. A safer way to live that includes “Eating from the Source”, wearing almost 100% natural or organic clothing, using natural products in cleaning/washing to not only protect your skin but also the environment for which these products impact. Also living with less consumption overall, just having less "Things" or "Stuff" in your life. You will find yourself avoiding waste of throw away products such as containers used only once. Recycling will become a way of life for many of you. You will be conscious of everything you do, say and that which impacts the environment. You will consciously make decisions based on the WE instead of the ME. This is the I Am Presence of whom you will/have become, when you no longer think 3 D ME.



Your life will most certainly change if it has not already. How you think and the use of words will change in their definitions. You will know when you become 5 D, for nothing will be the same and life will be of joy and contentment even when things are not perfect. You will understand that even in the worst of times you will no longer think you are a victim but one who has chosen to live in the Now and tuned into the present moment. Consciously aware of everything around you, everything will appear different, nature will appear different, and you will be different in how you avoid 3 D places and being with 3 D people. It is not that you will not like 3 D people- it is that they will drain you and you will want your own space out of the 3 D Grid. You will seek out and want to be with like minded people- that‘s when life will be 5 D. You will surrender yourself to the new Galactic Being that you are. Welcome to 5 D!
