greetings everyone,
i dont quite know how to explain this, so hope you are all wearing your tolerant expressions and thinking brains....
a friend of mine, a starseed in the process of awakening, is in a truly dire state. he is the one with visual problems, but he has other difficulties too, and frankly i have never heard of anyone else physically and mentally suffering to the extent that he is, attributable to ascension symptoms.
he is unable to concentrate, he seems to be slipping from one reality to another, and yet even that doesnt describe it properly, and he is generally becoming rather ill.
i have suggested that he visit a doctor, to see if there is any physiological explanation for this, because it sounds so violent and extreme. this isnt the normal way, is it? i have had some problems, but nothing like his - he is unable to even ask his guides to slow it down. he needs help, but i do not know where to direct him. any wise advice would be much appreciated!
blessings, sama

Ohhhhhhhh (((((((Hugs!))))))) to your friend!!!
The first thing that stands out to me is that he is "at the whim of" just about everything, indicating a need to gain some sense of sovereignty for himself. He HAS PERMISSION to do whatever HE feels he needs, in order to deal with this better!
Grounding feels to be a strong need. Does he drink coffee or smoke cigarettes? Both of these can be godsend grounding aids. Coffee comes to mind first.
I have also gone through some pretty violently intense symptoms over the last 5 years or so, and at the worst of it, it was up to me and only me to DECIDE to calm thing downs some and gain a sense of self back from the whirlwind. This is OK! Nothing will be lost in doing so, and it is likely part of his path, as it was for me.
It feels as though HE NEEDS TO COME BACK TO HIMSELF. Perhaps fear has scattered him all over the place, looking for answers. They are within him. He is well, he needs to REMEMBER this.
And oddly enough, once grounding is taken care of, it feels like TRUST is in order, too. As is often the case, it seems as though he's experiencing fears around trusting life - himself-as-life, spirit-as-life, ascension-as-life... all of it. Afraid it will tear him apart, and so it is. But it is an illusion in a very large sense, too. It is because the fear is so great, so it fills his experience so intensely.
Yes, symptoms exist and are painful to deal with, but they ARE manageable. When they feel so overwhelming, there is usually something that needs to be addressed in the self. The "squeeze" factor is a literal pressing need in the person to address something that will not go away until they do. Running from it will not help. It sounds like it's hit the point where it's really time to face this issue, whatever it is, based in fear.
So first, I'd say find something to ground himself, then choose to face whatever needs to be addressed. Just deciding to do so will open him to assistance in getting to it. The real trouble we all have is paying attention after we've made a decision like that. If we encounter any discomfort after asking for help, IT IS THE HELP. Instead we think things just escalated for "no apparent reason" and our fear gets the better of us.
Honest expression (writing works very well, imo, though speaking it out to the air is good too) of the feelings being felt (what is evoked, emotionally, by all this pain) and LISTENING within for a new understanding, is important. Because it must be completely honest, it is usually best NOT to share with a friend, but to do it privately. This step alone constitutes a new level of self-responsibility and sovereingty for most, because by its very nature, it is "self-governed action" intended to heal the self.
This is my sense of the situation, not knowing all the particulars, sama. Blessings to your friend. May a new peace enter soon...
Love you! (((Hugs))) Sowelu

Hello Sama, a great many of people are caught inbetween dimensions and I agree about the grounding part. One can be in a state of great flux if one is not grounded. But at the same time I feel all of this can not be attributed to this factor. There may be some other issues at hand. Perhaps some "blockage" of some form or another. Perhaps he is just releasing some old Karmic issues as well. I know this is a difficult period in his life and I wish him well in his endeavors and send him my love and support.
Peace, Love and Enlightenment,
Ed

I would tell him to stay in the now. This will help keep you grounded without spreading yourself thin.Stay in the physical realm for now until all the new emanations align with his energy body naturally. The shift can be eased by the power of the will.
