Hey Everyone,

I was going to do this update on how to speak to the pain, the next segment on venting anger in a relationship. But, with the holidays I thought it better to give you some words of wisdom on how to deal with family during the holidays. Once I understood how, it made the holidays with my family something to look forward to rather than dread.
