extreme symptoms

hi everyone,

i would be interested to know whether anyone else is experiencing REALLY extreme ascension symptoms. i am finding it VERY hard going at the moment! very tired, very cranky, very generally grotty!

any recommendations?

Well, yes, I've been experiencing some pretty darn intense, painful symptoms lately. But it's so much a part of life at this point, that I rarely mention it anymore. LOTS OF REST is a main ingredient of my "diet of dealing". Lots of water, too.

For me, for the last few days in particular, it's heat and pain of an energetic sort in the throat area, specifically. It extends to the head, yeah, but the throat is where I find it the most difficult to deal with.

There is a general internal "not right" feeling that keeps moving through me at various times, that seems to clear best with meditation. This same feeling generated vomitting in a few people I know, though I suspect I've been through a number of layers of this particular energy squeeze in the past, so it's not quite that intense for me.

All in all, given the way it's playing out for various types, I'd say we're in the midst of a purging. Anything that doesn't work at the higher level frequencies we're moving into (and have moved into recently) must be let go. For some it happens in the form of bad moods, blurting of anger and crankiness, etc., while for others it's vomitting or a need to get still and let the density leave/lift.

But the worst of it for me lately is the heat and pain in the throat area.

thank you for your, as always, very wise words! i realise that i am obviously not vibrating at a high enough frequency yet, because i still have some fairly orrible symptoms, but it IS getting better gradually!

i had a very unnerving thing happen though - as i was in considerable pain the other night, i took some reasonably strong painkillers. only two. for the whole of that night, and the following day, i had a close association with the loo-bowl, and i havent felt so ill in ages! i have now decided that i am NEVER going to take the flaming things again!!! it literally knocked me sideways!

also, there are certain images on variou sites on the web, which are supposed to assist with meditation, which quite literally knock me briefly unconscious. do you understand this? its a bit unnerving, to say the least!

my main problems are still with my digestive system, but over the past couple of days i have also had a huge dose of hayfever, from which i have been totally free for YEARS! beat that one! today i am sporting a pair of eyes like red-hot curried marbles!!

Dear sama:
I think things will settle down after the Solstice. There are some very intense energies coming in right now leading up to it. We jsut had a solar storm. For some reason, I seem to be integrating this download much better..Thank God!
