[glow=red,2,300]Oh my! Been having major pressure in the head and numerous headaches, particularly in the morning after waking from sleep. Sometimes feels like a 50-pound weight in my head. Have no idea what's causing this...[/glow]

Yup! Headaches lately make me feel like this . My natural tendency was to stay out of the sun. Hmm.. not the best of solutions.. I turned sickly pale and resembled something from a thrilling early Michael Jackson video. Not keen on drugs like Neurophen or Mercyndol either. So I've come up with a 'cluster headache' formula that has helped me greatly. The contents revealed for the first time EVER *drum roll please Charlie*: - Ginseng tea - Nicotinc Acid (vitamin B3), though I find I flush red if take too much. If I take too much I can *feel* the rush of bloodflow to the frontal lobes pulsating. I use emu oil on my face to counter it drying out my skin. I figure the emu, living in the dry harsh aussie desert, must have some super dooper internal lubrication - Arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AAK), used to make nitric oxide, improved circulation, opens up the blood fllow and boost libido. Pretty cheap in the US at www.bulknutrition.com/?cPath=129. Man I wish we aussies had prices like that!! - Shittake mushrooms. Contain adenosine, another vasodilator and assorted other goodies like glyconutrients and ORME. They're cute too and I liken them to those chinese men with big hats from the movies containing an abundance of hidden wisdom. Now I feel relaxed and have lots of these ;D . Man that would make a great ad.. wonder if I should commercialise this formula? Cheery, sKMj
