Fear
The Courage to Change
Fear is simply acknowledgement that we are disconnected from our spiritual source. When we are disconnected from spirit it reflects the longing of our hearts for home.
What Ways can I Deal with Fear?
We feel fear everyday, how you handle it is what matters. Repressed energy formulates our shadow self. Evil in the world comes from repression. The monster, fear and anger will come out in our unconscious. Create a healthy relationship with your unconscious by your dreams, meditation, and energy work. The first question is, do you recognize your own fear? Let go and let God. Fear makes us retreat, go back, not complete something, sense danger, sense the wrong outcome, and fail or give up and miss success. Fear comes into every area of our lives, based on a wounded past and unknown future. Is it logical to sabotage our outcome to play it overly safe and let fear master and control us? Fear prevents us from learning our learning lesson. Yes, at times it is hell on earth. Things go wrong and we get hurt. As we learn love, forgiveness and then empowerment we can succeed the next time. It becomes a vicious cycle, have fear in turn attract fear. Sometimes our fears are locked into our chakras as memory from other lifetimes. Many of us cannot remember our childhood from this lifetime alone. Through dreams we can unlock those memories. Some people experience traumas over a long period of time. Anticipating and fearing the outcome, those individuals may experience posttraumatic stress while others use all they fear. It is like you give into the fear and give up fighting it. Get away and empower yourself. Strengthen your soul leading to a higher love for yourself, God and others. This takes time and much work. Talking it out helps but is not enough and working it out completes the love, forgiveness and empowerment process. Here are a few ways of dealing with fear.
· Shift your focus to relaxation.
· Develop deep breathing and meditation.
· Let go and let God. Trust in your spirit.
· Get physically active.
· Call a friend and talk yourself out.
· Let humor overtake you.
· Give yourself pleasure, back rub, hot bath, hot tea.
· Get into the present.
· Detach from the source of fear by imagining a cord.
· Self nurture your inner child.
· Shift your fear to excitement.
· Fantasize about a positive outcome.
· Write your feelings in a journal.
· Ask your spirit guide what that fearful dream means.
· Consider your fear part of your learning lesson.
· Become empowered by imagining yourself as the source of fear itself.
What are Some Sources of Fear?
The fear we feel is when we separate from God when we came to the earth and incarnated. The second time we experience intense fear is at birth, separation from the womb and our mother’s cord. Later we experience fear for survival and fear of our environment. We were all born into fear. It seems so natural, now we are telling you to rid yourself of fear. Fear of the known is a protection; fear of the unknown causes us never to grow. As we grow up from childhood, a fear of shame, fear of guilt and blame, fear of loss, and a fear of disapproval develop. Fear of harm and failure, we face, as we experience the world free from loving parents.
Where do we Store Fear?
Your second chakra is very volatile because it seeks to create. Important issues of any relationship focus on sex, money and power, which are in your second chakra. Conflict, faith and fear reside within this chakra. You ask can I earn a living? Will this relationship survive? The ability to create relationships and maintain them is important. The darkness of the second chakra is: our most prevalent fears are rape, betrayal, loss, isolation, and the inability to care for ones self. It is the center of our feelings and creativity. Seeks the wholeness through self and others. This chakra is a place to heal and support your feelings.
What are our Illusions and Fears?
Never have I met an advance soul that does not experience constant change. Changes involve waiting and then trusting the entire growth process. Our being fearful interferes with growth and keeps us stuck. Our expectations and illusions drive us but fear of the unknown causes us to stop. We do not know how any situation will end. We need to reassure ourselves that we are in control. We may anticipate the worst possible outcome. We try to prepare ourselves. But do we know what’s best? God given intuition coupled with God’s purpose is a sure reality and will calm our fears!
How does Emotional Energy Healing work?
Reiki moves your energy and aura by entering your right foot and traveling up the right side of the body. The energy splits in two at the right shoulder; half goes down the right arm, causing a tingling in your hand. The other half goes up the neck, over the crown and down the left side, traveling down the left arm and leg towards the left foot. The new energy pushes negative pockets of pain to be released through the left hand and foot charkas. That is why after a total crystal and reiki session, I massage ginger mist oil in feet and hands and then release with a swift motion all negative energy from the session right out. I clean the aura there after by burning sage and removing the negative energy with my hand motions. The aura closest to your body is your auric layer of your emotional body. Your ego and emotions were never meant to rule you. You have a protective warning system and your intuition was designed to govern your emotions and ego.
If we stay stuck in the past which envelopes in emotional expression we cannot get to compassion and forgiveness. Our good and negative coexist together. As we own and express and then disown the negative, we make room for the seed of love, compassion and forgiveness to grow and fill us. We heal faster, grow and succeed in everything.
