Do you love yourself?
I mean really love yourself?
Do you value who you are as a personality, as a spiritual being, and as a fallible human being? Do you practise patience with yourself?
When we beat ourselves up over things we've done or said, we are mistreating ourselves. And God wants you to treat yourself with divine LOVE.
The very simple truth about Ascension is LOVE. All things can and will be overcome, transmuted, and transformed into beauty just by allowing Love to flow through you.
Receive Love - from Spirit and from other people.
When you receive love, it must be without condition. You can not say "Ok i'll accept love from you, but...." It must be an all or nothing experience! What this means is allowing yourself to be loved by someone else, on their terms. Not asking for more, or less, or this way or that. Just letting them love you the way THEY need to love you. When you let that happen, it becomes easier to love them in return, without conditions.
Receive Love - from self and Higher Self.
When you feel good about yourself, something you've achieved, something you've thought or realized, that sends a frequency of LOVE through your very being. It can be a chain reaction of healing when we give ourselves love - from cellular body right through to etheric. And again, you can not love yourself with conditions. You must love yourself in the way you are most naturally comfortable - and that is completely.
It is Ego who teaches us to distrust ourselves. It is Society who teaches us to dislike ourselves for the way we look. And it is dogmatic religion who taught us to believe we are nowhere nearly as beautiful as the Light of God. PUCKY! We ARE the Light of God. Therefore we ARE as beautiful as the Light of God! It doesn't matter if your nose is crooked, or your hair is mousy, or you're overweight or any of the other crap the media is constantly trying to make us change about ourselves to be "beautiful." You ARE beautiful just as you are! God created you just as you ARE! Accept that, let go and let God, and know that in accepting yourself as you are - you are saying "I love myself just as I am."
Giving Love to others outside of ourselves.
Why is it that when we give love to someone, and they refuse it, we pull it back and hide it, hurtfully? Fear of rejection. Simply. Don't let that fear dictate who you give love to any longer... if you send love to the grumpy lady at the grocery store and she sneers at you, send her more love!!! If you try to share love with a family member and they treat you poorly in return, just share more love! That doesn't mean be a doormat - it simply means continue to love them, no matter how they react to your love.
Love is energy. Love is fluid, always in motion. It is an expression. And if you bottle it up it will transmute into lower vibrations such as jealousy, anger, depression etc. So let your love flow! Doesn't matter if anyone wants it - that is not the directive! We aren't here to love those who want to be loved. We are here to LOVE. Without condition. Without limitation.
We overcomplicate our ascension process. Too much. Digging for clues, looking for answers. Never content to just BE and to just FEEL and to just LIVE.
I ask you to simplify your ascension by accepting LOVE as the ultimate goal. Accept LOVE as the only truth - all else IS illusion. Accept LOVE as yourself - for you are made of the most divine Love in existence; the Love of God/dess.
