I wrote this ages ago, actually, but it keeps popping into my awareness today, so I thought I'd share it. Seems timely.
Perception, rightly enough, is a tricky thing; twisting this way and that the most innocent of scenes. Lift it high, turn it over, look inside, if need be... Don't be so quick, in the final analysis, to label that which seems to be. And to emphasize the point, check this out: If you continue to focus on the cross in the center of the image you will notice that the circle of violet circles will soon DISAPPEAR completely ... and you will see only the green spot (which is actually violet) Love, Sowelu
