With the New Moon today, we embark on a lunar journey that culminates in an eclipse series filled with quantum potential.
A Total Lunar Eclipse with the Sun in Virgo and Moon in Pisces on August 28 will be visible from parts of North and South America, Antarctica, New Zealand, Australia, Asia, Indonesia, and the Pacific, Atlantic and Indian oceans.
A Partial Solar Eclipse with the Sun and Moon conjunct in Virgo graces our reality on a date etched in contemporary consciousness - September 11. This eclipse will be visible in parts of South America, Antarctica and the Atlantic Ocean.
Between these alignments, Saturn enters Virgo (September 2), Pluto goes direct (September 7), Venus goes direct (September 8) and Pluto (conjunct with the Galactic Center) trines Saturn. Individually and collectively, we face a dramatic choice. How we will move forward and evolve in consciousness?
This eclipse series crystallizes the wake-up call served on September 11 six years ago when events in New York City and Washington, D.C., reshaped our world. Back at that time, Saturn and Pluto opposed each other. Now in trine, these planets urge us to integrate our learning and experience since then.
Eclipses deal with the shadow, both individually and collectively. Every six months, the Sun, Earth and Moon are aligned precisely to create the effect of light being blocked, or eclipsed, from our vantage point on Earth.
Eclipses are portals, quantum choice points. What we hold in our thought and intention at these times reverberates throughout time, space and all dimensions. What will we choose to create?
The movement of the stars and planets in the heavens influence us here on Earth. Their presence reminds us of our connection with the Cosmos. Their cycles support our evolutionary process.
We'll explore the upcoming eclipse series more fully in Cosmic Time. For now, please consider joining in a meditation on these dates to anchor a positive expression of this quantum potential, seeding a new reality on planet Earth.
