Saturn returns have lots of meanings and implications. One is that it is an initiation into adulthood. Also Saturn is the teacher and it's teaches it's lessons the hard way so it might be that you will be confronting something you have been avoiding and you can't get away from it with a Saturn transit like this. It basically forces you to deal with what ever it is that you have been avoiding. Happens every 28 years so the next one is at 56. I have my second one next year. i am so darned thrilled!

I had my chart done when my daughter was 6 months old - it said the same thing about Saturn for me. I didn't understand it and forgot about it. In retrospect, the following year was indeed presenting me with challenge after challenge to rise to. My relationship with my daughters father fell apart, we had to move back to Canada alone, penniless, with no vehicle and no where to live. I began to suffer crippling panic attacks.
At the time I was very emmersed in self pity. And as long as I stayed rooted in my feelings of being wronged my life continued to present me with challenges to rise to.
When I finally looked deeper within and began to see my personal accountability in my life, the challenges ceased to be so daunting.
Saturn saved my life in many ways - the force of its energy in my life forced me to look inside of myself and clean my emotional house so to speak.
Don't look at this as a task though, or as something that you have to go "through". Rather see it as a wonderful opportunity to learn more about yourself, your spirit, how you work, what makes you tick. Carpe Diem!
Brightest Blessings and *HUGS* Destra
