It's Pluto Time

Back in 2003, late September, I was triggered to understand that Pluto - or what it represents - was about to impact my life in a big way. The next two years (these last 2) would prove to be incredibly intense, deeply arousing in the awakening sense, and transforming. More than any previous years.

The manner in which I was triggered to realize this was interesting in itself! On my microwave, where the time displays, there was suddenly a very odd "time" reading:

I was reminded of this today when I read Ellie Crystals' site, regarding the Sun moving into Scorpio, which is ruled by Pluto. Especially when I saw this picture:

Pluto represents transformation. Pluto is the planet of profound change, starting deep within us and moving toward the surface. It often touches upon the most sensitive psychological areas inside us. Once touched, we have no choice but to change and grow. Pluto is about death and rebirth, the transformation that comes from letting go of that which is unessential so that we can get to the core of things.

Hmmmm... interesting question, penndragon. I'm no astrologer so it's tough for me to offer a meaningful response here. I resonate with this particular characterization of Scorpio, which includes Mars and Pluto in its descriptive:

SCORPIO
Ruled by Pluto, the annihilator, and Mars, the aggressor, with a feminine (receptive) nature, Scorpio is more passive in its energy. A Fixed (resistant to change) sign, Scorpio governs determination and endurance.

It is a Water (sensitive and compassionate) sign and you, the Scorpio, are connected with the world of emotions, particularly the deeper primeval emotions of sexuality and survival.

I have Scorpio rising, and it's a big part of my own essential character here in this realm. Coupled with my sun sign, Cancer, talk about sensitive! LOL! Pluto has impacted me greatly in this lifetime, though I haven't paid a whole lot of attention to Mars.

I guess I'd say off hand that Mars seem to be the "lower masculine" (which has been out of balance here for eons) where Pluto is the "higher masculine", perhaps, "rectifying" the out-of-whack Mars influence. Maybe. Don't really know. There's something obscured in my awareness about applying astrology in my life. I don't know why, but it's been this way any time I attempt to work out anything astrological for myself. I quickly lose energy making the attempt. Interesting in itself, eh?

But I do enjoy reading others' interpretations of the astrological possibilities, and will often post when someone's insight resonates.

I just know that Mars is considered the planet of WAR. It was an interesting article. I think the changes that are about to take place are good. I do know the two planets are tied together in some way.

I think it's time for the phoenix to rise from the fire reborn. No matter how much war is pushed, we will finally realize the the true battle is internal. No man is my enemy. The great experiment will succeed!
