July 2005 Overview

The month of July is universally a FIVE month of change, communication and freedom. The barriers that we have had to be “up close and personal” with, will have finally been resolved. The New Moon in Cancer on July 6th brings in a new wave of emotional healing for some of the challenges that go back several years. The major aspect of July is the fact that Saturn moves out of emotional sign of Cancer and into the expressive sign of Leo. Saturn comes in to improve our connection with the attributes of the sign in which it resides. While Saturn has been in Cancer, since June 2003, we have had many grueling emotional experiences that have put us through some extreme challenges at times. These emotional experiences will come to a final resting stop after much turbulence, extreme re-entries and crash landings on July 16th. As Saturn moves into Leo, our focus will shift to our expressive, creative energies that will go through a dramatic overhaul and makeover. We will take our old, rung-out emotional self and brighten up the spark and optimism that first needs to be found, then strengthened.

July 3rd through July 9th

This week, July 3rd through July 9th, we inch toward the New Moon mid week in Cancer. This give us the signal that we are on the home stretch as Saturn will finally move out of Cancer and into Leo on July 16th. Saturn has been in Cancer since 2003, creating many emotional situations that have taken us to our emotional edges. Saturn required that we deal with these emotional extremes in the best ways possible. As Saturn moves out of Cancer, we will see that our emotional traumas finally ease up and begin to soothe our jagged edges. From the New Moon on the 6th to July 16th, we will find that this home stretch is one that we run faster to get the emotional extremes over and can get back to a calmer pace in our life. We have become emotionally stronger and more determined to follow our emotional lead to bring our emotional well-being back into our life in a stronger more solid way.

July 10th through July 16th

This week, July 10th through July 16th, we begin the week with our renewed sense of rightness that also connects with Neptune’s Divine plan. The emotional clarity blends into our spiritual sense of clarity as well. Any remaining fog lifts and we surge ahead as Wednesday brings Mercury into the picture. The additional information seems to just fall from the sky and land all around us, giving us the factual information that our feelings seemed to provide. This confirms the realizations that have been in our world and now become the reality that we move forward with. Thursday’s events become big, powerful, monumental and enlightening. This prepares us for our walk into Saturday’s event of Saturn moving out of emotional Cancer and into big, powerful Leo. Early on we grab at our own power and commitment as we have strong determination to move our life out of the shifting sands of the emotional tides of turmoil, and bring them onto solid ground.

July 17th through July 23rd

This week, July 17th through July 23rd, we prepare for some very powerful events in the later part of the week. We begin the week as we refocus our goals to our new directions. Monday provides our determinations, decisions and implementation of our new directions. As our feelings heighten and we put the-peddle-to-the-metal, we feel the Full Moon’s effect on Wednesday, rolling into Thursday. This Full Moon is at the last degree of Cancer and provides powerful impetus to shed any final hesitation and move into our new direction. The decisions and surrounding information hits its height and Friday hosts Mercury coming to a halt before it begins it’s retrograde motion. Mercury is in Leo and turns retrograde, going from 20 degrees back to 8 degrees (where it hit back on July 4th – read the events of that week). Mercury will be retrograde until August 15th, bringing the focus onto our Leo determination, will power, and our true desires. The self-expression that has been curtailed during Saturn’s time in Cancer will come forward in epic proportions. On Saturday, Saturn connects with the Sun. This provides us the opportunity to connect with our purpose, to lay it out, to solidify our path, grab our determination and walk with power. Many of the emotional jagged edges that we felt during the Saturn in Cancer time frame have been because of other’s misplaced will-power putting the sharp edges into our life. Now becomes the time we grab our power and determine enough is enough.

July 24th through July 30th

This week, July 24th through July 30th, we bring the decisions from last week forward, not swaying from our determination and commitment, we move into Monday with our agenda. We know what we want, we know what we are going to do and we will do it. This attitude and philosophy rolls into Wednesday, when Mars moves into Taurus. Mars has energy that doesn’t quit and moving into Taurus provides the determination from the best of the best when it comes to strength and long-enduring qualities. Mars usually stays in one sign for about 7 weeks, but Mars will stay in Taurus for 7 months. There will be a great deal accomplished during the next 7 months as those who have their commitment and determinations lined up will be unstoppable. This is the time when mountains are moved and great changes are put into place. With Mercury retrograde in Leo and Mars in Taurus, this square becomes the very doorway that emerges by creative determination to move mountains and make great changes. Because Mercury is also connecting with Neptune’s Divine spark, there will be miraculous events happen that hind-site will provide viewing of the Divine hand at work. The last three days of the month open the door for a great amount of information, changes and powerful events.
