There has been so much going on this month regarding shifts and planetary alignments, it's difficult to keep up! Sometimes I feel that I need to write an energy alert every other day! Along with the energies and purposes that the eclipses and equinox are bringing us this month, we are also experiencing unusual and regular blasts of energy that can keep us reeling.

March 16th brought in another of these monumental blasts of higher energy. Here is what is occurring with these intermittent surges: We are bumping up in vibration most intensely from now until the summer months. With each surge of energy the vibration of the planet, as well as ourselves, will be raised until the vibration culminates around July or so. June, July and August of last year were pivotal months, and these same months will be pivotal this year as well, but for another reason and in another way.

The equinox and the solar eclipse will bring in more pieces for our individual clarity and more pieces to support the new beginning of our new purposes. The lunar eclipse brought us into our shadows for clearing and more clarity. You may have experienced a day of self-loathing or been smack in the middle of the energies of the parts of yourself that you aren't so wild about. “Everyone must hate me,” you might have been feeling during this time. But when we are “down” we are also offered the opportunity to really decide what is working for us and what is not. What needs to be cleared away in our lives?

So now arrives this intense energy of Thursday the 16th . Like a powerful laser beam, it hit the Earth and really moved the energy. For me, I always experience extreme bloating and indigestion as I am expanding and trying to integrate this energy. This was the most intense experience I have yet encountered. And then I lay awake all night. But these new surges that are occurring and will continue on will be intermittent and brief……they are similar to supports arriving to hold up a new platform……and they are arriving one by one.

For some, this latest surge may have left you reeling. The first day or so that a new energy arrives always feels great. With this latest surge, again like the energy of the 2nd of March, a great clarity arrived which was a wonderful opportunity to see what will be in store for each of us. It also brings in a unity and a feeling that things are being resolved. Then immediately arrives the integration. This latest surge really pushed things around.

I don't know how a lot of you are feeling these days as I have been basically in seclusion for the past two months, so I can only describe my personal experiences here. I am currently perched upon an underground pyramid of new energy that is emerging in the White Mountains of Arizona. This area will become a golden city and a mecca for the new world, so the energies here are greatly magnified. But higher energy always magnifies things, no matter where you are. My cats are also behaving very strangely…….very clingy, confused, acting as if they are in pain, and at times very hyper.

If you are one of many who never felt they belonged here, or that nothing ever felt right or fit, you will really feel this now with the latest energy of the 16th. Energy shifts nearly always bring in the old familiar “no sense of place” feeling. We are being knocked out of our grooves with these shifts. We don't want to get too comfortable in old energy or old ways or we will never make change! You may now feel like you don't belong anywhere, can't get comfortable anywhere, and feel generally out of sync. My non-physical star being companion calls it “grossly out of sync with the outside reality.” Notice he said “grossly!” So now we are vibrating much higher than our outside world.

This mismatch can create an intolerance to being in a store, for instance, and an inability to become involved in most conversations as they will make no sense to you. “Why are people blindly handing over money for services, like slaves to some monetary power? Have we forgotten how to create for ourselves instantly and in the palms of our hands?” This is the store scenario. “Why are you all talking ‘round and ‘round and getting nowhere? Why aren't you being and doing in a straight shot of energy without the peripherals? Why are you discussing “what is” and there-by creating much more of it? Why aren't you experiencing instead of discussing?” This is the conversation scenario.

Vibrating higher creates an intolerance and inability to be part of the old. And at times this can create a hermit, but it is simply part of the process. The higher we vibrate, the more we will be forced to create on the outside what we are vibrating on the inside. And the summer months will finally bring in all the changes in form. We are simply readying at this point.

Also on the 16th , I felt an immense magnetic pull from below my feet. And currently, we are basically spinning, as the Earth is experiencing a great shift and it is difficult being on her. This can cause a scattered feeling and inability to concentrate and stay grounded. The magnetics are changing. I don't know much about the scientific aspects of this kind of thing, but this is what I am experiencing. A big shifting is occurring. The Earth is turning inside out, or basically beginning to vibrate rightside up in order to correct herself and maintain this alignment of a higher vibration.

As we have completed the last phase of detoxing and emptying out, we are now starting to fill up as well. Except for the night of the 16th , I have been sleeping for 12 hours straight each night. Much is occurring in the night as we sleep in regard to a new integration and receiving of new information and new ways. We have arrived in a new place and are now “becoming” it.

For first wavers and the highly sensitive, these new changes are really rockin' and rollin' for us. First wavers have been at it the longest and are therefore more emptied out and ready to receive the new. We're also the most tired and also, then, the most ready! And being tired and not caring is the perfect by-product that ascension produces to put us in an energy space of allowing, getting our egos out of the way, and receiving.

So here's the progression: Solar eclipse and equinox energy will bring in more pieces to support our new roles. Mercury moving forward will assist. More energy surges will continue at various intervals providing rungs for the new palette. The summer will bring in the culmination of it all and we can begin creating in the physical a more higher vibrating reality.

Another important piece of news is relevant here as well. These energy shifts can really scatter everything, including friends, identities and our old roles and relationships with people and “things.” Things will be coming back together again and this will begin at the end of March and especially in April. Gradually we will begin strengthening and connecting with “new” everything…….people, places and projects. These new connections will perfectly match how we are now vibrating and what we will now be doing and creating. By the summer months, we will have unity with a whole new scenario.

Thankyou for this..it was well-timed. I felt like I was going out of my skull today! I was in so much pain! I went to the beach and put my feet in the sand and walked and walked. It really helped to connect and be near the water...my headache finally started to diminish. Thankyou..thankyou, thankyou for all you contribute...:-) Are you sure you are not Karen in disguise...lol.

Haha Spirit! I can vouch for the fact that Sowelu and Karen are ot the same person.

This gave me the giggles reading it because...on Mar 17, St pats day I went to a party which I NEVER go to any more. It was an elaborate dinner party with about 20 people of all kinds but mostly artists and other melodramatic folks.

I only knew two woman when I walked in and I ended up sitting in between two hard core alchoholic women. Holy shit! I coudn't decide if I wanted to smack them both or laugh my butt off.

There were slobbering fools and I was sitting there talking to one of my friends across the table and an interesting man who was sober. I don't drink so I had the double wammy of being sober and being in another dimension. Half the people there couldn't see me and the other half couldn't hear me.

At one point I just had to try this. I yelled at the top of my lungs that I was from outerspace and I was a little green man with blue blood. Only one person heard me and responded and it was one of the drunk women.

What a trip all of this is.

I had an accupuncture session last Thursday. Then on Friday I ended up with a sinus headache most of the day, and I didn't get to eat because I was so busy at work (except for some doughnuts and cookies - we had a small party at work).

By the time Shaun and I went out on Friday evening, I felt like I was barely holding it together and was about to float off. I finally got some dinner, then we went out drinking for St Pat's Day. I got pretty hammered and don't remember some of the specifics, but here's something odd. I went to the bathroom at some point (it was Shaun, his brother, and this guy Mike we ran into that we know) and when i came back there was these two girls at our table. One of them I thought was sort of cool - she was younger than me - but anyway, I remember letting my "real" self out in front of her meaning I let a little of the multidimensional me show. And for some reason I gave her my rainbow flourite necklace. I remember having a strong urge that it was to be hers and she took it readily from me.

By the way, I don't go out drinking regularly anymore but have the urge when it's "reset" time for me. It shuts my body down, burns out the crap, and allows my "upstairs" self to do some work without my brain interfering. I KNEW this, but recently my massage therapist confirmed it for me without me even asking, which I thought was cool.

But onward... the next day I was in bed and I was agonizing over giving away this necklace and the piece of flourite was almost branded in my mind. I could see it when I closed my eyes. Funny thing is that if I had not given it to her, I'd have been agonizing over not acting on my instinct.

Then on Sunday I woke up feeling like I had a bad cold. Since then I got progressively more foggy and out of it. I could barely function yesterday and shouldn't have even driven to and from work. Today I'm more rested but still have the foggy feeling.

Anyway, I wanted to share my equinox story because this one has me reeling to say the least. I haven't been so displaced energy wise that I can remember! This one is a doozy!

Nicole i'm the same with alcohol. And I used to be a raging alcoholic a decade ago. I went from being out of control, to being in AA, to being able to control myself, to being able to handle one or two drinks.

For the last couple years i've had a glass of wine or a beer here and there, in moderation. But in the last 6 months any time I try to even sip some wine I feel nausious, immediately.

For three days last week I woke up hungover as well. All the signs of hangover were there, even the taste in my mouth, throat and sinuses. Huge karmic release from my liver and body I think. Its passed now.

I'm feeling the effects of everything deeply right now. Feeling anti-social. Feeling emotional. So i've been hiding out in my RPG game. Not ready to come out from under this rock yet though.

Just wanted to pop my head in and say hi, i'm ok, but i'm not, but I am... and I know you all understand lol.

Being able to handle one or two drinks means you've truly healed Destra. I was just having that conversation with someone about addicts the other day. If you can't resume life normally around anyone or anything, you haven't healed the addiction. But since I know you, I know you've walked the emotional path and I bet most addicts (of anything) don't do that. I once heard someone say the emotional clearing is what AA is missing.

Anyway, I love to drink, used to drink a lot, but I have other things to do with my life and ain't got no time for it now. I never was addicted and still am not. Once every 2-3 months is enough for me. Might be hard if I lived in Ireland or something though where there's a pub on every corner and people are having a ball singing tunes and stuff. Or is that just in the movies? hehehe

Hope you feel better soon Destra. I know you're ok, even if you're not

I wake up with a hang over without even drinking. I guess it's the energy bit.
I deink wine, that's the only thing I can handle.
It has been years I don't drink hard liquor or beer, I just can't handle the vibration of them, but the wine is ok and good for you.
It's when we over do it that the body reacts and begins to protest.

You know, i'll never actually come out and say "I'm a walk-in" because thats a lable i'm just not comfortable wearing. But I am ok admitting it is possible.

I am 100% different from the person I recall being 10-20 years ago. Completely. I have recall. But I don't relate.

I changed around the same time Alcohol stopped being a crutch for me. So I'm not sure I can take any credit for walking away from that addiction. Sometimes I think that "I" am not the alcoholic, that she transitioned and I took over this body for her.

Wierd.

Anyways it is a relief when I flash on memories from way back then, to know i'll never have to live like that again. Ever.

MirRa I love wine, and used to try to have a glass a week just for general health purposes. But now I even have a sniff of it and I feel ill. I'm drinking grape juice right now and even THAT is making me feel ill lol.

MirRA, you said it! I can have a hangover without even drinking, or it feels like it anyway. And I get one from one or two, so I don't bother not to overindulge because it feels the same anyway LOL.

I can't drink wine, and I hear ya Destra about grape juice. Sometimes it's too strong for me! hehehe But I love beer. Not too much of a liquor fan, but I'll do a shot or two. Try not to do that anymore though. The body doesn't like the vibration.

Walk in or not Destra, you've obviously gotten to a place emotionally where you don't need the addiction. So kudos for you!! Woo hoo!!!

I can't drink either and get a hangover even before going to bed. If I'm around anyone who is drinking or doing drugs I get a contact high just like the real thing and I don't like it. I'm the cheapest date of all. I even get a hangover from certain foods. the ones I like the best of course.

I had a day of polar opposites all day long yesterday for the equinox. I managed to maintain my balance in the middle zone even though I had some intensely serious challenges. It started out great and ended great but the middle was one of the most intense days I have had energetically in a long, long time. Glad it's over.

Boy I hear you on that one...the equinox has been very powerful..and the days after it ,too. I always feel the energy a few days before and after the eclipses, too. I feel like I am swimming through the energy like the waves of the ocean..they are so powerful!
