VIRUS ALERT - VERY IMPORTANT READ

FYI I'M SURE YOU HAVE HEARD ABOUT A NEW VIRUS, BUT HERE'S MORE INFO.......

Subject: Extremely important

Please Be Extremely Careful especially if using Internet mail such as Yahoo, Hot mail, AOL and so on. This information arrived this morning direct from both Microsoft and Norton.

Please send it to everybody you know who has access to the Internet.

You may receive an apparently harmless email with a Power Point presentation "Life is beautiful."

If you receive it DO NOT OPEN THE FILE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, and delete it immediately. If you open this file, a message will appear on your screen saying: "It is too late now, your life is no longer beautiful."

Subsequently, you will LOSE EVERYTHING IN YOUR PC and the person who sent it to you will gain access to your name, e-mail and password.

This is a new virus which started to circulate on Saturday afternoon.
AOL has already confirmed the severity, and the anti virus software's are not capable of destroying it.
The virus has been created by a hacker who calls himself "life owner."

It's often a good idea to look on one of the virus hoax pages when these emails come in as the majority of them are hoaxes and the biggest virus is the spread of the hoax.

oh poo! sorry. i got this from a friend who never sends me anything that isnt true, and i honestly bleieved that it was the real deal.

Awww don't worry about it Sama. It's happened to all of us. I know whenever I get these posts the first thing that happens is my stomach drops and I get a sick feeling like, damn, now I can't open my email again. Then I remember to check any of the hoax sites. You can just go to google and plug in 'virus hoax' and you will have dozens of choices to check.
