Mysterious Force in Space 14-Sep-2004
After 30 years in space, America's oldest spacecraft, Pioneer 10 and 11, are being held back from visiting distant stars by a mysterious force. Robin McKie writes in The Observer that some scientists think this may be the first real evidence of the "dark matter" that some scientist theorize permeates the universe. A simpler explanation could be that gas from fuel tanks may be leaking, slowing the craft down. Astronomer Martin Barstow says, "Unless there is really good evidence to the contrary, we should stick to simple ideas like these and not go around blaming strange new types of particle or flaws in general relativity."
But NASA's John Anderson says, "It's hard to imagine such a leak happening on both probes at the same time in such a way as to produce an identical acceleration."
Another explanation may be that the laws of physics are not constant, and the force of gravity may work differently in outer space than we think it does.
Whatever is causing the slowdown, astronomer Bernard Haisch says, "The effect is real."

yeah, of course it could be gas leaking, but my instinct tells me that it is very sensible e.ts saying 'not yet folks' to we, who terrorise and torment our own planet almost to extinction.
i should not imagine that any of 'em want us to come clodhopping into their peaceful lives unti we have learned a hell of a lot more!

I agree with you Sama, some "force" sounds like intelligence to me.And I also get that feeling that not until the vibratory forces of earth are ready.

Not time yet, I agree.
The answer may remains unknown. Cleary it has a lot more to do with the space time continuum. I prefer the term "unknown matter", to dark matter. White being the absence of color, and black being the absence of light, people tend to associate White with light and black with dark.
In essence, light-good, dark-bad.
In order to advance our DNA, we must think outside of the box. Our minds are blank disc drives and are susceptible to a numerous amount of viruses. Garbage in, Garbage out. Our responsibility is to see the truth and share it. If you asked NASA 30 years ago, was there a possibility of life outside of our solar system, there answer would have been a firm NO!
Yet, they continue to send deep space probes with tax payer dollars. I would not make myself know to this Earthly realm if someone thought I was "black, dark, evil" I would assume that people who limit there thinking to this line of thought are primative and therefore lack the requirements for contact.
We vibrate, what we think, say, feel or repeat. Compare the definitons and think outside of the box for true growth.

i absolutely agree! there is an old michael rennie film, where an alien visits earth, and the thing that stays with me is his opening the door of his craft, to be greeted by a ring of soldiers with their guns trained on him.
i cannot help but think that this mysterious force has its head(s) screwed on right!
