While you were dreaming and sleeping at the same time you were crying in the dream and in your physical body in the now? That is what happened to me last night during one of my dreams that the only thing I can take away from it at this point that I know I was going to die and that I was very sad. I know there was much more in the dream and what I was thinking in the dream and at the time of dreaming but upon waking up I could barely remember anything except the fact of the part that I was dying in that particular event. It brought tears to me while I was sleeping in my bed because I felt it and was concious of it while I was in the sleep state.
Peace, Love and Joy,
Ed

Yes, indeed I have Ed. (((Hugs))) In my own experience, when this sort of thing occurs, it's a literal way of saying, "This is what's translating into your physical experience at this time". Bear in mind that the symbology of dreams still applies, but the impact of the event reveals a real potential response you'll have in your physical waking reality when the death-like event occurs. And death in dreams is often more about the letting go or "dying" of old aspects of self. In this case, perhaps the sense of self-identity you've held for a while is changing, and it will feel like a dying of sorts. By all means, release, shed, cry. Love you! Sowelu

I haven't cried when I died in these "dreams" but I felt sad. Was stabbed in the heart during a surprise raid in our own secret base. I watched someone I cared about die after I died... that was the source of my sadness. Hmmm. Interesting, no? Hope you find your clarity for your intense dream, Ed!

Thank you sowelu and liza.
Liza I didn't actually die in the dream I knew that my death was imminent and impending and I was sad in the dream but crying in my phyiscal body I was concious of both states at the same time while dream and aware of my body too.
Peace, Love and Joy,
Ed

You know "they" say you can not die in your dreams or you will die for real. Who the hell are "they" and where do they get their information? I have died 3 times in my dreams that i'm aware of. And each time I woke up sobbing. It was a huge release. A huge purge of emotions that I could not deal with in waking hours. The dreams helped me become more at ease with the notion of my own physical death. Ed I think you released some major emotional residue brother - good job And I agree that death is symbolic of a re-birth - so buckle up and get ready for the next phase of your "new life" Love, D.

Dear Destra: Are we all experiencing death issues right now..whether is real life or dreams...? I have days when I wake up from bed and feel like I am dying..and then later in the day I am ok. I have had doctors look at me and they cannot figure out what is going on with me. I have seen 2 gastroenterologists now. Lol. So frustrated..with this stomach pain. Now they think I have something called dyspepsia. No real cure for it. Love, Spirit

I never felt sad to die in my dreams.
I've had dreams that haunted me, though...
