Earth Cataclysms 2

[Nemesis]

Last night I had this dream I believe was about the future. Though it could be my over active imagination with the anticipated movie 'The Day After Tommorow' or me venting my fears. I don't know.

The thing is, I felt like I've had this dream before. and it's re-surfaced.

It felt like sometime in the future maybe 5-12 years. I'm not sure. It had an atmosphere of realness. A different vibe from today. I could sense it was in the future anyway.

The city seemed plagued with even more problems than today. Harder to survive, and generally more run down. people were not enlightened. Generally apathetic attitudes, like everyone had 'switched off'

I was in the city and it began to turn errie and the atmosphere went cold. like something was going to happen.

hundreds of birds began hanging around. Gradually people began to move away from them because there was just so many in the sky. and I felt like some were even going to attack me. Some were making noise and stuffing around like there was something wrong with them as if they couldn't fly off the ground.

then it gets weird.
First I was near the beach of this city and the tide rose so suddenly that I found myself treading water unable to get back onto land. Ahead the water was still rising in front of me, not a tital wave just very quickly and suddenly the water rose into the city. I gave up and accepted the fact I had no chance of getting back to land and I felt relieved and even refreshed at the realization. As if death was nothing more than a new start. and a better one.

The next scenario I was in the bush a bit away from the city and there was fires and tornadoes. I remember thinking. No-where is safe.....As if the earth was cleaning itself all over. There was a very dim chances of me surviving, though I was suprised how long I could survive. I escaped death in moments I thought it was impossible, but because I tried I would somehow escape it. But it the end I knew I was gone. I just didn't know when.

Then I was in the city itself and there was high winds electrical storms and chaos. I could feel this was a turning point. obviously After such destruction and the general population of the earth gone. after this things could never be the same and our time was over.

very disturbing really.
To me this post sounds crazy and dramatic and unrealistic. But you can't convey feelings and atmosphere or realness of a dream through words. It's not just the images, the sounds, it's something more. Dreams communicate though your other senses. Not like a projected 3d movie. when I'm dreaming sometimes There is more present than the senses that are used in everyday reality.

The dream about kurt cobain...........

sorry I couldn't resist, The only relation this has to the other post above is that this dream is the clearest prediction I have ever made. I had this dream about kurt when I was young and didn't know who he was.

I dreamt I went into this shed (now I know it was the greenhouse) out the back of my house and sorted through some junk. I grabbed a doll and grabbed one of those handheld computer games that take batteries, someone entered and I was sitting on this chair, I supose it was courtney love. She had a needle and I asked what she was doing. She said 'hold still' and stuck this needle into my arm and I passed out.

The next scene I saw a person lying on the floor and 2 other people, courtney and another person, Re-arangeing a shotgun and discussing what the best position is. When they got the position of the gun right they wiped it with a cloth to re-moved the finger prints, when they were satisfied they stuck a red pen in this note next to the body and left.

Then I woke up.

5 years later I listen to kurt cobain's music. Find out he killed himself in 1994 and I look at the front page and it mentioned the doll and the handheld computer game and I was in shock. This was the person I was dreaming about. I dreamt I was him. and not only that. I dreamt his sucicide was staged. The time I dreamt this I remember waking up the following day and seeing that front page on my mom's coffe table. Everyone was talking about it. I never made the connection because it never accured to me, I didn't even know who it was. I had that dream the day, or very close to the day he died.

I don't that this is the least unusual...it is starting to happen more and more often these days.
