A Past Life Memory

I've been starting to work on my
chakras once again. There's a simple hand
over hand method I use that seems some
what effective. I had my hands on the 2nd and
3rd chakra, working there. I had a past life
memory. I saw myself as a red head. I was
dressed in a fancy gown, dancing with a
wonderful gentleman. 16th century I think.

According to a book I've been reading by
Donna Eden, the main chakras have seven
layers each. When we reach the seventh
layer, there are past life memories stored
there. It was a nice feeling amongst all the
termoil that seems to be going on now.

It was hard for me to do that hand counterclockwise and then clockwise for three minutes on each chakra.

My hands got very tired.

What a nice past life memory! It sounds like you remembered the happy emotions of that time, as that feeling came across in the picture you described.

Lun, You managed to do them all with that
technique? heehee I barely got through
one. You can choose to work on only one,
a couple or all of them at a time. I think the
hand over hand one is mostly for balancing,
but I think the other one with the counter and
clockwise circles is much much better in clearing.

I'm getting attuned in less than 2hours. One of the symbols I will receive is the one I used on the chakras. And that is what it is for to.

I thought I was suppose to do all of them at once ;D

And after that I did the regular self healing.
