Can I ask some advice :)

I have a question that I cant find the answer to if anyone can help with it I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to set the clock on my profile? It seems to be an hour out and I cant figure out how to put it to britain time.
I apologise if I put this thread in the wrong place, but I wasnt too sure if it was ok to put it in this section or not being new to forums
