I love love! I love to love, give love, receive love and love to feel loved. I think that it is the fundamental underlining fabric that unites us all. We all want to be loved, accepted and to be a part of something, to fit it, be one of the gang, important, useful, respected.
Yet, throughout our daily lives we make it so difficult for others to simply feel loved and appreciated. I am not talking about declaring undying devotion, buying flowers, expensive meals; what I am talking about is the love vibe. Just feel it, send it outwards, project it onto the person next to you at the restaurant, in the car next to you in traffic, the corner store owner you pass everyday. This can be simply attained by just FEELING love, bringing love into our consciousness, replacing contempt & fear, for our fellow Terrans. Learn to love yourself and then just let is trickle out of you and let it frolic, and that is exactly what it will do. It will bounce around, seemingly as its own entity, playfully moving through carbon based life rising its vibrations to that of a more blissful and childlike state.
We choose everything; everything that we do is the result of the choice that we selected at that current moment to create. Our thoughts, and of course our choices, create what we see and live in this here and now. We choose to look at the person that walked by us in the street and only see their negative traits; “oh did you see how cocky she/ he looked”. Well, maybe they are only projecting this, but on the inside they are alone and insecure, perhaps this is simply their shield, their way to cope. They are us, we are them and we all want the same underlining emotional results from life. The car that cuts you off in an exit, or jams in at the last second; may have miscalculated, or was truly in a rush, who knows. How many times has this happened to all of us, then for us to do the very same 14.62 minutes later because we were looking at the sun and were about to miss our exit? We get so upset; project an energy ball of anger, hate and frustration not only directed at our fellow human, but to the entire environment around us, to the very fabric that shapes our realities. This negative, dark, malign energy is what we let ooze out of us all day long during our interactions with our brothers and sisters... to ourselves!
It does not have to be so. It is a choice, nothing more, nothing less. It is time to choose to simply shift from contempt to LOVE. This will benefit all of creation and most of all yourself as you will be bathing in the higher vibration of love and happiness instead of fear and hate. So next time someone holds a door open for you; smile, say thank you out loud, not a fearful under your breath mumble avoiding eye contact. As someone told me recently FEEL, FEEL, FEEL out loud... and project love to all around you.
This was a flash of insight that just hit me as I was flying over the desert looking at the ghosts of rivers systems throughout Nevada and Utah at 37,000 above the “Earth”. Inspired by Sisterlove’s meditation song The Hypnotist, Masaro Emoto’s work with water crystals and my quest for true happiness and LOVE...
