Dear Family: Maybe you can answer this for me...why is it that when I go to sleep...after working out, been to the spa..feel great...and then I wake up in the am..and feel like I have been run over by a mack truck..is this just arthritis or what are we doing when we sleep? When I wake up I do not feel rested at all and all my joints are sore. Are any of you experiencing this? What are we connecting to when we are sleeping? What could be causing this? Love, Spirit

Hiya sweetie I am going through the exact same thing. I think it is part of the process. Everything IS as it should be right now. I slept 10 hours last night, solid, straight, and yet woke up feeling as though i'd run a marathon. In reality I did - my dream last night was long, unending, a scavengar hunt type dream. I don't know what it symbolized, but it kept me busy. Just know that the second you fall asleep your higher Self is tending to unfinished business etc, so it is easy to wake up feeling as though you've run the gambit - you really have Much Love, D.

Hi Destra and Beone: Thankyou for your kind comments...am really feeling these energies..and it has been affecting my sleep..I feel like I have restless leg syndrome at night...lol...and the headaches. This must be one powerful eclispe! I must be doing some really heavy duty stuff in my dreams....I hope you two are doing well with it. I feel sometimes like my head will explode! I think this month the energies are going to be very powerful! I don't know how you guys do it who are working...?? Love, Spirit
