I have no idea where to put this so I will put this here.


Ok, now I guess this has been with me all my life to an extent but I think I am really paying attention to it more often and easily able to recognize it now. Let me tell you what I am talking about.

It's like for example just yesterday, I was paying for gas at a gas station and was handing the money to the attendant and I did not have issues with him but my mind would come up with a whole bunch of judgemental things against this person and blame them, attack them and be down right nasty. I find this kind of unwarranted thoughts frequently now when ever I meet people. I am taken aback when these thoughts happens and I am like where are these coming from? I don't want to be mean, I don't want to be judgemental at all, but it doesn't stop there, it ranges the whole gambit of possible things. I am wondering if I am going nuts, or what the deal is here. It is always of a criticizing nature in some form or another, like contempt in a way. As Ray from the ghostbusters said, "It just popped in there".

Help please. This is worrying me a bit. Thanks.

I know what you are talking about Ed. I may be looking at or talking to people sometimes and have these horrible things just pop in. I know they are NOT me talking! Perhaps they are residuals of another lifetime, old ego, or something, but not me. And it bothers me immensely because there isn't any control over the thoughts.

Perhaps that is why I have been reintroduced to Whitney Houston's song, "The Greatest Love". I have heard these past couple days now on the raido at work and I have heard it before but it resonates with me much more now and triggers me with lots of emotion.

It is such a beatiful song.

I used to think that these things were the result of my 'inner judgements' about myself but in the work I have done on myself I have found out differently. These thoughts were not from ME. The came from extraneous bits and pieces of other beings who attached themselves to my field. Some of them came from implants and interference that was being beamed at me and jumbled my thoughts to make me believe that they came from me.

Here's an example. When the planet Maldek was destroyed, it was done with such power and intensity, the weapons made the nuclear bombs look like child's play. The souls were shattered into a million, gazillion bits and pieces.

There were other 'goings on' in the "Space Opera" [my name for the drama] as well that helped to shatter souls into miniscule bits.

Many of those souls were/are continually attracted to the light and find their way into our fields where they glom onto our auric sheaths and get a free ride. They are actually looking for their other parts to reform and some of these souls are strong enough to find their other bits and pieces and come back together as on sentient being.

But others are not and they live like parasites in the energy fields of others sucking up the light of their hosts. But remember they still have some form of consciousness and it is this consciousness that causes problems.

Sometimes groups of souls that are destroyed at the same time or groups of people who all die in a joint catastrophe like a plane crash have a group soul experience and join together in a disincarnate group to form an 'entity' of many voices. These beings can also attach themselves to our lightbodies.

Thus often times when you think it is YOU thinking it is actually NOT YOU but one or many of these hitchhikers.

It's very important to keep yourself and your field clear and to do house keeping often and after clearing out the crud, to keep yourself protected.

There are techniques for this kind of clearing. The formula for compassion is one such technique to clear the emotional body but it is not complete. It doesn't clear out all the gunk, but does a good job with much of it.

Intense mediation and contemplation can do it too. Raising the Kundalini can clear by burning off any garbage that doesn't belong in your field. Intense super-consciousness will clear out a bunch of junk too.

I have done all of these things and more to clear off the crap that has been drawn to me for the eons of my lives. It takes dedication and being nuts enough to do this work. I say nuts enough because I think you have to be miserable enough to be wiling to spend the time, effort and money to clear out this kind of cosmic garbage. For me it took the better part of 10 years of almost constant work to rid myself of the kinds of things I have described and I still do constant checks to make sure I have remained 'clear'.

So Ed, there are no easy fixes, but you can sleep better at night knowing that you are not crazy and that many of these thoughts are not yours. Becoming conscious of them when they happen and confronting them and telling them...commanding them to leave is one way to get them out of your field. And you have to be very, very determined. Visualize them going out to the light and joining back with source, which is what they want anyway. Ask them who they are and then listen to their answer. Ask them over and over who they are and where they came from and eventually they will just fade away. Then you can send them off.

Still... why would they invade your space? And why now? There's always something in us that attracts things to us. It is we who have a focus of some sort that acts like an invitation to these kinds of energies, imo.

Without full conscious awareness it's tough to figure out just what we're emitting via our sub or unconscious energies that acts as a beacon, but we are the center of our universe, and determining just why it is that we "call to us" what we do is important.

To use the Law of One principle... you are everything, all of it. So... why is this one particular aspect of your "Everything-ness" standing out above the rest of you, getting the spotlight, the loudest voice, etc., even causing you to doubt who you are or if you "really, secretly feel this way" somewhere deep within?

The culprit, the homing beacon for these energies glomming onto us is usually self-doubt, insecurity, self-worth/esteem stuff. And humanity has a ton of that to deal with, seeing as just entering this realm constitutes a desire to be raped of one's power, when you get right down to it (or at least it feels like a raping of power to the human who knows it has a spirit, but can't live from it completely yet because of a choice made that the human aspect doesn't fully understand yet. Once our higher awareness finally enters and we see the wisdom of our choice, we literally realize our sovereignty around this issue). Most humans aren't there, yet, and many of us working on stuff here are starting to face this archetypal energy. Awareness of these energetic concepts are starting to percolate up into the mass consciousness right now, btw.

Much of our intolerance for "the old" stems from this awareness beginning to dawn. "The old" is essentially repetitive abuse (which is essentially judging and wanting to control others/self, which your thought patterns are revealing), which is the result of giving away our power to a dominant energy that lives off us (our own overblown mind and ego - the dominant masculine here - that wants control and perfection, basically - which is the mind we were given, so to speak, by entering this realm), sucks the life out of us, uses us... you know, the whole "slaves" scenario, mind-programming, et al.

Well, and that's "part I" of the whole deal, really, the surface awareness. Underlying this "giving over one's power" is a source fuel for doing it (over and over and over again, as we do here). A reason, on the hidden side of life. Something living in the feminine womb.

So far, I've determined it's "ignorance", plain and simple. Blind trust, ignorance, naivete... which gets slammed early on, forming fear. So that each time we face "the new" here, we first have to suffer our fears. That fear of the unknown is a kicker for the human being, I tell ya!

And we just entered a major "new" energies phase, Ed. Perhaps as you rise to this new plateau of energies in your Self energy field, you first must encounter "the hounds at the gate", so to speak. Borne of your own self-doubts and insecurities. So perhaps the task at hand is to clear your self-doubt around being worthy of the new energies, the new level of power being offered.

It basically constitutes a new level of Power in Self, complete with more powerful creation/manifestation abilities, and each of us human beings has been plugging away at eradicating our powerlessness/victimization all along, so this is a new onion peel layer of that process, perhaps. Once through it, perhaps you'll open to new psychic abilities or better ability to use the ones you already have.

The first sense I had about your post was that your empathic skills are zeroing in on other people's self-esteem/self-bashing energies, and that there is a reason why you're "honed" to that type of energy in others. A reason in your own self, that you can actually access and change, opening your empathic skills to a much wider range of frequencies. Does that make sense?

Just some ideas to ponder/play off, perhaps, as you work to disentangle yourself from this energetic experience, Ed. ((((Hugs))))

I just got back in. I was out of town for several days here. Thank you Lili and Sowelu you give much to ponder and take in.


I believe I am at a point where I am starting to realize the conflict from with-in and the self doubt and all the stuff that is associated. I am starting to conciously catch myself more and more these days and I think it has been a ongoing process for me to come to where I am at right now and now it seems in this phase/part of my life and it's many facets I am facing new challenges and continuing lessons to work with and through. The preverbial onion layers if I could put it more simply. I feel that I am doing just that, peeling more and more off and as I do, I start to realize more and become more concious of my inner-self /world, me. Thanks again to the both of you.
