No matter what you see around you or in your life. Always keep your center and with-in your heart. It can be a bit disheartening to see and hear things right now. That's why it's important for everyone to take time for themselves. Whether you pray or meditate or set intentions. Do it from sincerity and from the heart. Heart center yourself. Be relaxed and be in the knowing that peace, love and understanding will reign soon enough. Visualize the world you want to see and feel it with all your heart and soul. Have love for yourself and for those you may not agree with or even like. Together we can all get to where we truly want to be.
