Emotional Release from Negativity
Many of our clients have come to us with their bodies, minds and emotions cluttered with all kinds of dross, miasmas and debris that have been stored for many years, if not a life time. The "canvass" of their energetic landscape is cluttered with all kinds of emotional darkness from such things as stored negative emotions, societal programming, and abuse.
Because of the dramatic frequency transformation shift, both personally and planetary, it is more pressing to be aware of one s energy bodies and especially aware of the effect upon the emotional body and resultant reactions triggered by psychological negative thought patterns. Cultivating intuition and developing better mind-body-spirit and self-awareness is the key to maintaining inner peace and serenity during such challenging times. It is important to maintain a clean and purified mental and emotional diet, creating a clear energetic landscape much like weeding and maintaining your garden.
This article will contain some suggestions for your journey of the continuing expansion of freeing your self from limiting belief patterns and negative energy. The goal is to re-pattern and reframe your thoughts, emotions and beliefs to become magnetic to your soul s authentic purposes and maximum expression.
Significant emotional release is one of the side effects of experiencing higher frequencies integrated into our physical and energy body systems. Heavy and dense emotions, such as fears, unresolved traumas and conflicts are flushed out from the body at all levels, cellularly, energetically and within the cognitive functioning. Many old patterns, relationships, circumstances will reappear and be recreated to allow us the time and space to resolve them harmoniously or create closure on old energetic karmic entanglements. We have found astral entities, suppressor parasite energies and diassociated thoughtforms utilize the pyscho-emotional body and exacerbate negativity and energetic drain on unsuspecting persons indulging and/or dwelling in dense or negative emotional states. It is good to be aware of this as a process, to be acutely self-aware and to not identify personally with emotions, events or circumstances that may resurface to be reviewed or released. The go al is to view this as a process from a detached point of view ("the impartial observer") as you are releasing distortions, dispelling the illusions that were obstacles in your life from attaining your maximum potential while experiencing true inner serenity and peace. This process of clearing is ultimately intended for gaining spiritual connection and clarity on achieving your highest goals and purposes filled with an outpouring of abundance, wellness and enlightenment. Living in harmony with the natural laws of this Universal System.
Exercises and Techniques for Maintaining Clarity and Protection against Negativity
1. Awareness, Observation & Vigilance. Being vigilant in being present, conscious and aware of your personal energy field and the mind-body-spirit connection is truly the optimum way to maintain clarity and continue clearing of entity and shadow emotions released through the processes of transformation.
2. Meditation. Some reflective meditative time to check in with your energy body, your inner child and emotional self will be important to your regaining harmony through life transitions creating emotional and karmic releases. Intuit the fears and releases, patterns and beliefs that may come to resurface for your review and release. Possibly writing them down so you may address them specifically may be helpful. There are many emotional clearing techniques to work with yourself or with a practitioner. The following exercise is to assist in an even further clearing of cellular memory imprints and negative implants. Pinpoint any negative thoughts or beliefs that come up and seek to create a strategy of mental dis-identification from the thought pattern and continue to release them if they prove to be creating an unpleasant emotional trigger. You must identify the thought, choose if it is productive for your well being, and make the decision to allow it in your consciousness or let it go before it creates an emotional reaction. Gradually, this mental mastery will not allow these old thought forms to live as where you place your attention is what IS. Mind is the builder and present moment awareness while directing mental focus is the key to conscious co-creation of your dreams. Remember- There are No Neutral thoughts! They are either positive or negative in their affect to your being.
3. Exercise to Release Blocked Energies, Thought Patterns and Miasma: The objective of this exercise is to expand and raise the frequency vibration of consciousness while relaxing mental focus and slowing down through breathe and visualization of your physical body particles. In performing this exercise, set your intention and imagine each of the steps of this process even if you have trouble with sensing or feeling it with your inner vision. It will still be very effective.
a. Prepare for this exercise with three deep long breaths - inhale from your nostrils, exhale from your mouth. Amplify your 12D shield and force field. Now, visualize moving your consciousness through a tunnel, with a bright light at the end. Let yourself slowly move closer to the light at the end of the tunnel and perceive what it "feels" like as you move slowly from the human physical realm to lighter consciousness. As you move closer to the light, the light will appear to take on a spherical form, like a blazing sun. Moving into the light sphere represents the acceleration of personal vibration into higher level dimensional energy.
b. Once visualizing yourself in the spherical light field, submerge yourself within it and feel that light its warmth and energy moving through every cell, every pore in your body, imagine it moving through your DNA and transforming you. You become One with the Solar light. Scan your entire energy body - etheric body, emotional body and mental body. Sense any dark areas, sensations, spots, anything that "feels" slow, dark or blocked. The dark areas represent parts of the body that have held dead light, miasma or blackened energetic imprints, and their negative thought forms that you want to clear.
c. Move your attention to the dark areas, choose one dark area and focus on it fully. Feel its sensations, its presence, its consciousness hold neutral association to its energy signature As you become aware of its energy, it will have a distinct pattern and feeling that you will feel by focusing on it.
d. Gather light into your inner vision and consciousness and with that light focus directing it into the center of the black spot. Do not identify the contents of the darkness thought pattern, but merely observe it, be an observer of the dark energetic pattern.
e. Begin to sense the tone of the energy in its thought form. Allow the sound tone and sensation of expanding light to fill your entire consciousness and continue to draw light in until you sense a stopping sensation of light expansion. Feel your light consciousness move and expand itself into every layer of the thought/energy form.
f. Once you feel completely expanded into the thought-form with your light source, call upon the infinite source of light and allow light to stream through your body filling the dark spot ( or implant) with so much light that it explodes and disintegrates.
g. As the spot dissolves into the inner light body, nullify the thought-form annihilated within your body or Christ consciousness, as transformed into pure light.
h. Repeat steps c through g until all dark spots in your energy field have been removed and transformed.
i. After completing the cleansing, removal and transformation of all dark spots, hold the visualization of the light permeating every cell of your being. Consciously guide that light into the DNA and hold the intention that the body will utilize this energy to accelerate the DNA building process under the direction of the higher self and will prevent, and shield the cells from, the return of any dark or negative entities, emotional blockages, miasmas, SPE s, or other entities or blockages not in support of your higher good.
j. Complete this exercise returning into the Solar light and then backwards returning into the now moment awareness, while your physical body holds light consciousness.
4. Dis-identification Exercises. The following should be read as a daily affirmation. It is recommended that the following be memorized, so that it becomes part of your "fabric" and can be utilized at a deeper level, anytime, anywhere.
I have a body, but I am not my Body. My body may find itself in different conditions of health and sickness. This has nothing to do with the real self, the eternal self.
I have a behavior, but I am not my behavior. All my behavior comes from my thoughts. If I have not developed self-mastery and am operating on auto-pilot, I sometimes behave out of harmony with my true self. Even though I behave well or poorly, I am not my behavior. This has nothing to do with my real self, the eternal self.
I have emotions but I am not my emotions. If I have not yet developed self-mastery my emotions are sometimes negative and sometimes positive. As I become more of a master of my life, this will change. Though a wave of emotion may overtake me, I know I am not my emotions. My true nature is unchangeable I am the Eternal self.
I have a mind but I am not my mind. My mind is a tool for creating my emotions, behavior and body as well as what I attract into my life. If I have not yet developed self mastery, my mind sometimes runs me, instead of letting me control my mind. My mind is a valuable tool, but it is not my real self.
I AM the power, master and cause of my attitudes, emotions and behavior.
I AM powerful, whole and complete within myself. I have preferences and not attachments.
I AM 100% invulnerable to other people s negative energy. Other people s negative energy is repelled from me like two magnets repelling one another. I choose to never be affected by outside negative energy ever again.
BE STILL AND KNOW I AM GOD!
5. Divine Light Shield. Every Morning- Claim your personal power by choosing every day to affirm that you have it. Create a personal shield of protection and invulnerability personal to you. Suggestion: Visualize a Platinum Shield, see the 12D Shield exercise. Repeat - I Am God! I Am Sovereign! I am Free!
6. Absolute Orientation. Go deep inside and connect with inner Absolute being. Become the Absolute being with the understanding that you were not created, nor can be destroyed, that nothing can effect or change the Absolute. From this orientation manifest your Absolute will that your physical being, the representation of the Absolute in human form, be free from anything not in the higher good of the Absolute including pain, emotional blockages, miasmas, disease.
