Update - "Setting the Record Straight"

The Andromeda Council representative - Tolec - also released an October 15, 2011 statement entitled "Setting the Record Straight", clarifying the nature and makeup of the Andromeda Council itself.


In a prior ExopoliticsTV interview the Andromeda Council representative stated that the process of our solar system’s and Earth’s transformation via dimensional shift to the 4th dimension is scheduled to accelerate starting in around October 15, 2011, and be completed by January 2014.





Andromeda Council - 11.11.11

The Andromeda Council representative Tolec also released the Council's perspective on the multidimensional function of 11.11.11 (Nov. 11, 2011).

Tolec states,

"The official beginning of 4th dimensional energy will affect Earth's solar system on 11.11.11 as it encounters the galactic equatorial plane region - as a universe and galactic wide harmonic frequency - will open and affect this whole area of space.



The saturation of this higher frequency vibration will continue through all of 2012, reaching full strength during the time frame of December 2012, through March 2013 when the final rotation of the 90 degree shift of Earth's crust happens with the present day East/West orientation of the continents moving into their new North/South orientation.

"These changes are expected to settle down throughout remaining 2013, and will begin the completion of this cycle by the end of October, winding down in December 2013.

"During this time every living thing from the largest to the smallest will be offered the opportunity to change, to evolve, into 4th dimensional life.

In his statement "Setting the Record Straight", the Andromeda Council representative Tolec writes,

“For those people who are somewhat confused about some of the various exopolitical organizations in space, I am going to set the record straight.

“There are many ‘councils’, or aligned star systems and planets out in space. Many of them have visited Earth, continue to visit Earth, and have done far more than visit Earth… for years now. Each has its own interests and ‘agenda’.

“Therefore to provide clarity, I believe the below information will help. Please read it in its entirety. The Andromeda Council
“The Andromeda Council ("the Council") is an intergalactic governance body of affiliated star systems and planets. It is made up of worlds, people, and beings that are some 3rd and primarily 4th, 5th and 6th dimensional.



Though of varying colors, sizes and races these people are very human, though in different stages of evolution. It is the predominant life form in the cosmos. The theory is that when focus our mind on something, we add the emotion and excitement to finally say it, we are externalizing and materializing a power that will affect the reigns of matter

If each of us were aware that the energy released in each word affects not only those who are being led, but also to ourselves and the world around us, we would begin to care more about what we say.

The ancient Essenes knew of the existence of an enormous power contained in the sentence, the verb and the word. The ancient alphabets such as Sanskrit, Aramaic and Hebrew language are sources of power in themselves. The Essenes used the language for channeling the energy - which was the final manifestation of thought, emotion and feeling, to manifest in reality the quality of life they wanted to experience in this world. In cultures of the ancient East were used mantras, prayers, hymns and prayers with specific intention to realize internal states, and programs , in a way unknown to us today, designed realities, goals and previous statements.

The studies of quantum physicists are beginning to rediscover and validate the enormous ancient forgotten knowledge of ancient cultures. Information that is still hidden and forgotten and would provide us the power to change our world.

WORDS CAN SET THE DNA

The latest Russian scientific research suggests that the DNA can be influenced and reprogrammed by words and frequencies without sectioning or replace individual genes. Only 10% of our DNA is used to build proteins, and this small percentage of total DNA that makes up the western researchers studying. The other 90% is considered "junk DNA". Russian researchers, however, convinced that nature is not dumb, joined linguists and geneticists-an unprecedented study to explore the 90% of "junk DNA".

The results yielded unintended conclusions: according to studies, our DNA is not only responsible for building our body but also serves as a storehouse of information and communication for full-scale biology. Russian linguists discovered that the genetic code, especially in the apparently useless 90%, follows the same rules as all our human languages. That means you can simply use words and sentences of human language to influence or reprogram DNA.

Spiritual and religious teachers of antiquity have been known for thousands of years, that our body is programmable by language, words and thought. Now this has been scientifically proven and explained. The biggest surprise was to discover how 90% of "junk DNA" stores the information. "Imagine a library file instead of thousands of books just keeps common alphabet for all books, then when you request information from a particular book, the alphabet brings everything in its pages and puts us at our disposal "Garjajev clarified. UNEXPECTED EVIDENCE

The researcher Dan Winter, who developed a computer program to study the sine waves emitted by the heart under emotional responses in a phase of the research with his colleagues, Fred Wolf and Carlos Suarez, analyzed the vibrations of the Hebrew language with a spectrogram. What they discovered was that the symbols represent the symbols of the Hebrew alphabet correspond exactly with the figure that forms the wavelength of the sound of each word.

There is a demonstrated ability in which the word can affect the programming of DNA. Health could be maintained indefinitely if we are focused on thoughts, feelings, emotions and creative words and, above all, well-intentioned.

Studies of the Institute of Heart Math open to us a new point of view toward healing, not only of human patients but also for planetary healing. The institute believes in the existence of what they started calling "hyper-communication", a type of Internet network under which all living organisms would be connected and communicated by allowing the existence of the "collective consciousness".

This power has been demonstrated in animal species such as dolphins, unified working on common goals. The dolphins used hyper-geometric patterns of communication, ultrasound and resonances that serve to interact with the world's energy grid. These animals have the ability to produce geometric and harmonic sonic structures under water. We could say that dolphins help more global balance of what humans do.
